This is one of the newer Dollar Tree stores in the Fox Valley area. It is in a strip mall that I…read morethink is only four businesses big. Good part of town, good parking lot. The store is cleaner than most and the people that work there are very nice. I never have an issue with trying to get around in the store or find anything. They offer name brand things, as well as non-name brand things. I am always stopping there and getting something, I was there just this morning for mop buckets and ended up finding all kinds of cool things for my daughter's birthday party as well as general household items. A lot of people knock this store in general, but honestly for parties and general household thin, Dollar Tree gets it done. I like this one best, and I suppose I probably would even if it wasn't the one closest to my house.

This is a great place for low or moderate income people. And prices are still relatively low compared to new. I love the thrift stores and go in with an open mind and open heart to their cause.

This place was one of the GROSSEST Goodwill's I've been to so far. Not to mention that 90% of their…read moreclothing is $8 or above. IT.IS.DONATED. They don't even wash it, they don't iron it, they get it dropped off, stick a tag on it and chuck it on a rack. WHERE DO THEY GET OFF MAKING 800% profit on an item that is DONATED. The place was filthy. I don't know what they pay their employees to do since most of them seemed to be taking their sweet time putting things "back in order on the racks". They have it sorted by size, and by colorish. Shouldn't take all day to return items to racks. How about cleaning for once? I've added some images. The dressing rooms were appalling (See dirt, dust clumps and gum stuck to the wall images-I poked the gum with a stick I found on the floor and it was hard as a rock so it's been there for awhile). The management here is seriously lacking, if these "donations" are "providing jobs" to the community, then why not have the employees make a career out of it and let each member manage an area of the store instead of letting the place look like a dump and have no one care about the customer experience. It will teach responsibility, respect/ownership of those responsibilities, and highlight the store as a community asset vs. some donation dump zone. I feel bad for the members of the community, the people shopping here are usually on a budget (hence why they aren't at the mall across the street), why insult them by providing mediocre staff and a lack of store organization/hygiene?

We were there on a Tuesday afternoon on the hottest day of the week. The place was busy and I left the store forgetting a few items I had on our list. Nothing to do with the store, more so the weather and travel time to get here. I also figured out about 20 minutes down the road on my way home I had left my phone in the women's rest room. We pulled over and called Costco to make sure they had my phone. They did not but went into the bathroom and found it for me. So, we turned around and retrieved it then headed for the 2.5 hr drive home. I really appreciated the customer service. They had a lot of sample tables going on this time of the day. We had lunch before we came to the store so was too full to try the samples. I love Costcos and great customer service is a part of enjoying the stores along with feeling I am getting great prices and quality. I love that they are getting more and more gluten free foods too.
