I'm not a big person by any means and could hardly make my way through without knocking something over or bumping things. Ever watch hoarders? Ya, it's basically that, just with catalog items. Nothing seems to have a rhyme or reason for where it is, just scattered wherever they could squeeze something in. We couldn't even figure out where the register or employee were the first few minutes. Needles to say we will not be back and will not be recommending this store unless we want someone to have an anxiety attack.

Didn't say anything as I complemented the store, didn't say anything while I made my purchase. I went back the next day to exchange a shirt and I asked the lady for an extra bag and told her I'd pay for it if it wasn't free and she made a big deal about it. Then she threw the bag at me after I purchased the other shirt. I will never spend my hard earned money there EVER again.

As a first time shopper, I asked about the return policy and was told it could be returned for in-store credit. The sleeves proved too short, so I tried to return the purchase today. Initially the cashier said there was a 10 day return policy on clothing and refused the return. I explained the information I had been given, but since it was seasonal, she would only make an exception to exchange it for the same clothing item. She referred me to the back of the price tag, which does explain the policy; but what I was verbally told was different. Well, a larger size doesn't have longer sleeves, but since I had no alternative, I made an exchange. I said that as a first time shopper, it didn't give me a good impression of the store. Nothing more was said. (BTW, the item is now on sale for 20% off vs my 10% discount. Bottom line, I thought this might become a store I would shop frequently, but now I will not return. I try to shop local, but with policies like this, it's no wonder larger stores are winning the retail race.

I poked around on Yelp and found Eroding Winds, so we ventured out to see if it was a thing. The Yelp presence in the area can be hit or miss. There are places listed on Yelp that don't exist, and lots of places not listed at all. Sure, we could pick up the phone and try calling to see if someplace exists, and while that can be hit or miss as well, we're the kind of people who are fine with the journey, even if the destination turns out to be a bust. Eroding Winds was indeed open on a Saturday, and we ended up buying 7-10 used albums. They had a wide selection of new and used albums, and on the floor were also collections of discount albums, even as low as $2. The cheaper records might not be in pristine shape, which makes sense, but for $2, we were willing to gamble on some! They also signed us up for some sort of loyalty program where you get an average of the amount you've spent back on a future purchase. We'll be back.

Mostly rock/pop and metal, with some smaller but healthy hip hop, jazz, and country sections. We found a couple great soundtracks here too. I was looking for shoes and the two places I went the staff was amazing for being nice and helpful!! To note, the two places I went were the Sheen and the champs! Also, I went to the pizza place (I forgot the name) and the pizza was good while costing mid. Plus, the pizza took no time to cook and get! Amazing, a 10/10! Second, the selection. The selection for all the places I went to was perfect! With there being so many options, I didn't know what to get! Definitely amazing, 10/10! Finally, the value was great! The value of the place was on point. But, in my opinion, the shoes are a bit expensive. I was eyeing up one that looked 65$ and it turned out it was almost double at 120$! Great, but the value is fine. 7/10. Overall, If I could, I would give this place 4.5 stars. I can't, so it gets 5! Great job, but you can make some improvements to the stores!
