Assistant manager Stacy went above and beyond to help me with an issue. I had a tear in my brand new ecotherm parka(an accident by me). Being an expensive big purchase for me, I was pretty upset. I sat on the Eddie Bauer customer service line for literally hours, unable to reach anyone with the crazy holiday calls. I decided to try the store to see if they'd be able to help. Stacy was so helpful and immediately empathetic. She could tell I was upset and stressed, and threw out a few options that I had to remedy the situation. I wasn't expecting such a great outcome!!!! Obviously I wanted this jacket to last 10 years, and I was already amazed at how warm it was. I'm also a dog walker and outside a lot, and it has endured the coldest of the cold and soooo many dog nails from dogs jumping. Stacy restored my faith in outdoor retailers and I couldn't be happier. Shoutout to Stacy!!!!!!!

Good size too. 2) Thai bubble tea: My wife had some papaya. That was a fail. She also had the Mangonada, which was below average. For now, we are going to stick to our 5XEN location, because this place was too far for us Michigan travelers. Recommend getting the chicken/rice at Kaoly's. Highly Recommended if you live close to Appleton/Greenbay. If you live in Appleton/Greenbay you should consider trying 5XEN Market in Milwaukee, the food is worth the travel.

The market place is basically shops within this building that sells Southeast Asian items such as clothing, costume jewelry, shoes, as well as groceries. Within this establishment, they also have a food court. I see a group of women huddled in one area talking. I believe they are the shops owners. They see me because they look at me or toward my direction but no one greets me. At the food court, there's always that one restaurant that hardly opens. The one time it was open, I tried ordering two bowls of pho and they told me it would be an hour wait. I do a quick walkthrough. There are no one behind the other counters. So I stand in line for the only place that seems to be opened (it's one of the middle stalls). Their food is so-so but I'm hungry and I'm too lazy to make sticy rice, papaya salad, and egg rolls so I won't complain too much. If you are coming here to eat, go early before the lunch rush. One of the employees had to go to the back to ask the cook if she had enough ingredients to make a dish. She says she did but I believe she had sub an ingredient or two because the dish tasted off. On their Facebook page, they post pictures of curry, laab, stirfries, etc. I have yet to see this on their menu. This is a nice place to visit at least once if you are in the area.

We immediately put it together and noticed that the fuel on/off valve was leaking so I immediately called Generac and they told me to get a wrench and tighten it 1/4 turn but not to over tighten it so I did that and it continued leaking from the valve. Generac told me I likely had a bad valve and to call Menards to look into a replacement so I called Menards. Someone at the store said it should not be a problem because we JUST bought it. Not totally trusting that information I personally went to Appleton West Menards and spoke to Angelina at the customer service counter. She assured me that I could return the generator and swap it out. I didn't want my money back I just wanted a functional generator. I went home and had to load the fuel leaking generator into the back of my RAV4 and brought it into the store where I spoke to Alivia, the front end manager. I explained my situation and she literally LAUGHED!!!!!! What the hell?!!! She smirked and said, "Uh yeah, Angelina should not have told you that!" She then told me I'd need to go to a local service center to have it serviced!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!! We JUST had a tornado and you think I can just run down and have a generator worked on?! I was so angry I told her to keep the stupid generator and left my phone number and told her to have a real manager call me and I left. Hours went by and it was obvious I wasn't going to get a call. My wife and I ended up going back to the store and I spoke to Neil the General Manager of the store and he said, "Uh yeah, sorry...that's our policy and there's NOTHING I DO." He just stared at me and kept apologizing and saying he couldn't help me but I could come back and get my generator and that he would let the receiving people know I would be back for it. Yesterday my wife and I went back to the Menards and because it was leaking fuel we didn't want it in the cab of our car so we had to rent the Menards truck which we discovered was $5.00 extra on weekends. You can't make this stuff up!!! Anyway we rented the truck and went to the security gate and we explained the situation to the gate person who said, "Sorry, I don't know anything about this and without a PO I can't let you through." I told him that I had the receipt and he said that the receipt would do me know good and wasn't allowed to let me in the gate. I asked him if he could call or radio someone in shipping and receiving or a manager and he said he couldn't!!!!! He literally said he could NOT contact anyone. So....i had to back the truck up and physically go inside and speak to someone in shipping and receiving and they said, "Oh yeah...just come around back." I said that we can't just come in because the guard shack dude wouldn't let us in. Neil got on the radio and told the guy to let us in which proves the gate guy absolutely could have contacted someone while we were at the gate! We finally got to shipping and receiving, got the generator loaded up and went to exit the gate and the same dude said, "Yeah...I can't let you out without the paperwork." I seriously thought I was being punked!!! This had to be a game show or something! Finally he spoke to Neil on the radio and he said to let us leave. Before we left I said, "I thought you told me you didn't have any means to contact a manager from the guard shack." You should have seen the look on his face when he realized I caught him in a lie! We finally got the generator home and unloaded and returned the truck which we had to pay for. This may actually be the worse customer service experience I have EVER had in my entire life and I've had some bad ones. I did everything I was told to do beginning with Generac to calling the store to following the information Angelina gave me and my wife were treated like dirt! We were mocked, laughed at and offered absolutely no assistance whatsoever.

Their lovely vents but remember your health and safety is important. Yet people with Asthma nah they don't care.

They are very nice and tell you how to pick the ripe and ready. I went for the sweet Honey Golds.. "make sure there's a pink blush on one of the apple's cheeks" I didn't know apples had cheeks! They were easy to spot and pick. AND TREE RIPE SWEET. They also have Macintosh, Cortlands, with twenty other varieties. I didn't have time but you can sometimes also pick fresh produce products ... strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, sweet corn, squash and pumpkins. Pick your own apples & vegetables or buy at the retail store. When you've picked your lot you go back into the store to weigh and pay. Stock up on their locally raised Angus beef or buffalo meat AND OF COURSE spicy Sheboygan style brats too. (beats the heck outta Bavarian or Stadium style) YOU BETCHA!

They also have small batches of wood leftover from other projects that you can buy at a discount, so you can make, for example, an accent wall. They also had furniture made from reclaimed wood, including beds, tables, etc. Really cool benches from wood reclaimed from a UW Whitewater gym floor. Also had little gift items, lots of jewelry, etc, that didn't seem out of place. Owner was very knowledgeable on the wood products.

Almost kept driving. So glad I turned around. There are so many things to look at. Lamps, wall decor, candles. I almost bought a candle and I have too many as it is. They have a whole aisle of clearance. There is a section with reading glasses, nice purses and other things. They have many house plants, real trees, outdoor plants, lawn tools, a pet aisle, Whew! I am getting tired! I think I was in the store 1 - 1/2 hours just looking at everything. I walked out with a wire butterfly sculpture for the wall, ladybugs sculpture for yard on clearance and frog sculpture on clearance and I do not even have a garden. You can always find an employee to help you. They are so helpful and friendly. Definitely will stop when I am in town again.

"Pop Cop" Took a trip to the Fox River Mall which I have frequented for over 30 years. While there I decided to get a soda from a vending machine. Then vending machine was stuck in delivery mode so I put my hand in the return receptacle to retrieve the soda which had only halfway made it. I then was approached by the big tough mall cop, "pop cop" who proceeded to shout stop as if he was going to shoot me because I was trying to get the soda I paid for. I wasn't yelling or pounding on anything, just quieting trying to get my soda which is apparently reason enough to treat mall customers like criminals in a threatening manner. It's an aging mall with all the standard junk food and chain restaurants in it. Northwoods is ok for a bite to eat while you're there. We came here while waiting to go to another Packer game and it was crowded. You'll spend more time than you think driving there and back to your hotel. read more
