It's unlike any Kohls or other modern department store. Wood floors, over 100 year old wood floors with character that have a vintage feel and an ever so faint creak from them. Most importantly, it's a traditional shoe department, that provides a customer with Service. Not rows of boxes, that you fumble through and serve yourself. Prices here are very fair, one could always chase the internet and beat a price unlike. There is value with a brick and motar business. Stock on hand, able to be tried on, friendly and knowledgeable staff and from my perspective that adds considerable value. They even offer a Frequent Shopper Program that I signed up for.
