This mall has a decent assortment of stores, not the best of selections. They recently got a Windsor which is nice for more formal/going out wear. I've always liked the Gloria Jeans here for the fun flavors of coffee. read more

Nice clean mall with a bunch of variety, my daughter and I enjoyed it while visiting Green Bay!

I have many fond memories of this mall. I used to drive an hour and a half just to come here to go shopping and eat as soon as I got my license! My friends and I made an entire day of it. One of my favorite stores used to be DEB. I'm too old to shop there now. read more

The mall is a good place to hang out and is very crowded on weekends. There are many different brand stores in the mall, like Kohl's, Victoria secret, old navy, Claire's etc. The stores are clean and staff are nice. The restrooms could be better maintained. There are also many small businesses all around the mall. There is a food court here too, but I've never had any food from this place! The location is probably the best thing about this mall, and has many other stores/restaurants/grocery shopping center at a walking distance, making it a convenient place to come and have a good time around the area. read more

Terrible customer service! Just moved to the Green Bay area and I really enjoyed shopping at the Bay Park Square Mall. They have a wide variety of stores and food options. I have shopped here on a couple occasions and never had a problem. Recently after leaving the mall I hit a 6in deep pothole after attempting to avoid multiple potholes on the road surrounding the mall that connects all the parking lots. After contacting customer service to see if there was anything the mall could do about the damage to my car I was put on hold for 10 minutes and had a manager tell me that in order to damage my car I must have been driving "pretty fast". Then I was told that it is not their problem because even though it is mall property that section belongs to Shopko and was hung up on with no further explanations. read more

Wondering why this mall doesn't open till 11 AM?! It's still Covid hours. And Coming from the north to Green Bay and wanting to get all your stuff done early to get back can never seem to happen because this is a very late time to open. Therefore it's irritating to reroute all your errands and go backwards to the mall specially when you did all your grocery shopping and have cold items. read more

Super Disappointed this morning standing around in the mall with easily 100 other perspective shoppers waiting for shops to open at 11. I have worked in a retail mall setting before so I understand the ins and out of the mall contracts and I totally understand when the mall has delayed hours for opening but it is absolutely unacceptable for the businesses to not have updated operating hours on their sights. A lot of these shops are part of multinational chains and have departments who should be on top of these updates. I'm a cool cucumber but some shoppers are yelling through the roll down doors and that's not fair to those employees. read more

Pretty good mall. Most stores that are left that aren't closed are good. Shopko and Younkers are both closed now and some other stores have closed within a year. Food court is okay about 6 places to choose from. read more

Oh Bay Park! The last good mall the Green Bay area has to offer. Four wings of solid chain stores. The food court is alright, hitting most of your usual staples. Parking is ample. Great Kohls and Shopko locations as two of the anchor stores. I really appreciate the location of the mall. Across Oneida, there's a Barnes & Noble. Nearby there is a Best Buy, Ulta, Bed Bath & Beyond, JCPenney, and many more. If you're into IHOP or Texas Roadhouse, those are essentially parts of the mall (their buildings are in the parking lot). I've watched this place grow so much over the years! Some of my all time favorite stores are here! They keep fairly clean the only thing I think that needs work is their bathroom cleanliness. There are times I go in there and the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in some time. read more

A good variety of stores and food court options, the lay out is very boring. I am more of a fan of the old mall that Green Bay used to have in its downtown area that featured multiple floors and escalators. The food court is often times overcrowded, and I usually find it difficult to find a place to sit and eat my food. The food is always very good, there's just not a lot of places to eat it. read more

Ah the mall, a big open area filled with expensive clothing stores, and people that annoy me. I don't frequent here on my own. I usually go here with my little brother as he like's checking out the video game store and sit in all the reclining chairs and couches at the Younkers furniture store. With that being said, it's still a decent mall, and there's a lot more to offer at this mall compared to the east side one. You can spend a day here to treat with yourself with variety of salons, specific clothing stores (shoes, hats, etc.), and the food court. It has a nice location, but there are plenty of other shopping stores and restaurants just outside of the mall that I would rather visit. read more

Malls, how I hate them. I suppose this one is okay but if I have to go I avoid going into the mall and just go to the store I need only. I much prefer small businesses. As I said this one isn't too bad but they have all the annoying groups of people there that have nothing better to do than hang out at a mall, get in your way, and are just generally annoying. The people working in the kiosks are much like carnival workers that grab you and yell at you as you walk by. The food court is pretty dirty and worth avoiding as that is were the mall mall hangers usually are. read more

it is a great place to go to walk, and to shop. With a nice selection of stores you can choose from and food choices you can spend a day here. Depending on what you are looking for and or your budget things can be a little pricier. read more

This place is your standard mall. It is very clean. It had your average, run of the mill stores. Nothing too expensive and nothing real ghetto. I don't know if it was me and my lack of shopping expertise, but some of the stores seemed to overprice their items. This place seemed to have a little bit of everything. read more

Great place to go if you're a female lol. Tons of stores and shops directed toward them. It's not bad for males, it's really the only place we have as far as a centralized location for clothing stores etc. Good place to kill a few hours during the week if you're bored. read more

Avoid going here on Weekends. The place is crowded and people forget how to be human beings. Store employees are usually the rudest on the weekend. I have seen better malls. read more
