Chocolate dipped potato chips. Yes. Get them. Amazing combination which I haven't seen sold anywhere else! They have dark chocolate and milk chocolate ones. Their turtles are also amazing, I got a variety pack of turtles as well as 2 turtles the size of my palm sold separately (one cashew one pecan). Impressive that this place has stayed family owned all these years! The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Cute gift shop too. I even bought a pair of the Seroogy's pajama bottoms with pictures of little chocolates all over them last year (they still sell them) and when I wear them to Kwik Trip for my late night chocolate milk runs I always get compliments! My family and I have been eating these wonderful chocolates for decades. Even though I moved to Texas from Wisconsin almost 15 years ago, I have continued to send two pound holiday assortments of Seroogy's chocolates to family members in Washington, Colorado, Tennessee, Florida, and other states. All of the recipients loved the chocolates and received the packaged chocolates as ordered -- Until this year. The two pound assortment sent this Christmas to Coral Gables Florida arrived without usual cold protection in a melted mess. When I called "customer service" at Seroogy's to advise them of the problem, I was told "too bad, so sad, we don't guaranty the condition of sent chocolates where the chocolates could be kept above 70 degrees." This is the end of our decades long family tradition. read more

A few years ago, my mom gave us a meltaway sampler box for Christmas and I've been hooked ever since! I buy myself a box every Christmas and I'm very stingy about sharing. The store is awesome! Kind of picture a Hallmark that sells chocolates. The gift shop has great collectibles, holiday items, and a huge variety of Packer merchandise. They sell much more than chocolate, too. Our son found Air Heads and some organic chewable candy that look like Starbursts. I picked up some popcorn. My husband found a bunch of maple flavored treats (his favorite). Hidden gem for sure. If you find yourself in Green Bay, this is the place to stop by. Really, it's here first and then the Packer's stadium. It's an old school type chocolate factory shop that has quality chocolates. This is my #1 place for chocolates. I was recommended to come here from the biggest chocolate fanatic I know. That's how I knew I was in for a treat! Seroogy's has been around for years and years. That's to our modern day advantage because they keep their process simple with the chocolate making and you don't taste anything artificial here. I also like the varieties of chocolate and candies they make. They have great selections during major holidays too. Last year I went during Easter time and they had beautiful options to fill baskets. This time, I went back for my favorites. 5 stars - Caramels covered in milk chocolate and toasted coconut. Best thing there, by an inch though cause really, everything is good here. This one is reminiscent of the classic Girl Scout cookie that's so popular, minus the cookie part. 5 stars - Fudge. They've got regular chocolate fudge, peanut butter fudge, and white chocolate fudge. It comes in a tray and is sealed in plastic. It's not too rich, with a clean tasting flavor. One slice per day will keep the doctor away. 5 stars - Caramels. Last time I was there I bought one, because it was near the check out stand and you know, I had to. This time, I bought a box of them. Yep, that good. Not a stick to your teeth caramel, but more smooth and creamy. Must get! 5 stars - Assorted chocolates box. They have small boxes, 1 lb boxes, or more if you want. It comes in a green box with their gold logo. I was gifted this, so I knew I had to come back and get me another. It's the kinda box that no matter what chocolate you choose, it's all good! I promise I'm not on a sugar high writing this review. It's just that I really like this place. A long standing tradition of making quality chocolates. We have been shopping at Seroogy's for years. Every time we visit our family in Green Bay, we come and shop. We usually buy gifts to take back home. They do a good job selling their candies and chocolate bars around Green Bay area but if you want the full selection you should come here. If you look around usually in the paper or some of the local hotels, there is usually a coupon for a free box of mixed chocolates with purchase. This shop sells all kinds of chocolates, coffee and food items, cards and souvenirs. They have already packed chocolates or you can make your own at the counter. One of my favorite things they sell are their mint meltaways. We usually buy them in candy bar form but they are just delicious. They are soft and kinda melt in your mouth. They have other flavors such a peanut butter, mocha, plain chocolate and others. I also really enjoy some of their others treats such as the chocolate dipped graham crackers and of course anything with caramel. I do think that some things can be a little high, it is just chocolate but you can find some good prices. If you are looking for a gift to bring back or just something for your sweet tooth this is definitely the place to come. read more

One can never go wrong with chocolates or candies from Seroogy's, bottom line. They make all their chocolates on site, literally a Charlie-and-the-Chocolate-factory style (minus the Oompa Loompas). I am more of a gummies than chocolate fan, and I absolutely LOVE their flower and worms gummies!!!! I don't know what they put in them but they taste like heaven! And the chocolate?! Out of this world, literally melt in your mouth (as they are so named) with goodness. I was in town for work and passed by this place. I'm addicted to sponge candy, or angel food candy as they call it here, but it's very hard to find. The guy behind the counter gave me a sample and it was great! I decided to use my company card with the remainder of my meal allowance to buy some. Unfortunately, they don't take American Express. I was bummed because I didn't have any other way to pay. The counter guy said, "why don't you take a few more samples?" and handed me 3 more pieces! Everything here is amazing, especially the Peanut Butter Crunch bars. I have dreams about them. And their ground coffee is also very good, with a wide variety of unique flavors. Whenever I see them being sold somewhere, my kids & I buy 1. Another thing I love is whenever I see the bars on sale, it's always always always for a charity. They give back to the community, so not only does it make me feel unguilty to eat those bars, I feel proud to be buying them for whatever organization!! Growing up my school would sell their melt-away bars for fundraisers. They were always a hit with anyone who bought them. It wasn't until I got a bit older that I really discovered what Seroogy's has to offer. Everything. Seriously, everything that I have tried there has been wonderful. The staff is very helpful and will let you try things if you're unsure of what to purchase. This review is more about Seroogy's customer service rather than their chocolates. I ordered a holiday package for my brother and sister in law and on the company's website I selected a shipping date for later in December since A) they were going out of town on vacation and I wanted to make sure the package didn't arrive when they weren't home and B) my sister in law is suffering from bad morning sickness so I wanted it show up when she was possibly feeling better. Instead of using the shipping date I selected, the company simply shipped the order immediately so it arrived in early December. Fortunately my brother and his wife were home to receive the package but I am not sure if they got to enjoy the entire box before they left for vacation, Plus, it's kind of lame for someone to receive a Christmas gift weeks before the actual holiday. When I complained to Seroogy's that they didn't follow the shipping date I requested, they simply apologized and said they were glad my brother and his wife were able to get the package. They didn't offer any sort of compensation, such as reimbursing the $13 I paid in shipping (since that's the part they screwed up) or even a discount on a future order. Because of that, I won't order from them again. There are a lot of options out there and I'm sure ones that will guarantee my package ships on the date I select. read more

Hi - my review has to do with your chocolate butter fudge. I purchased 4 8oz packages from a friends fund raiser for $5.00 each - $20.00 and a box of mixed chocolates for $12.00. The box of mixed chocolates were excellent. However, the fudge was very artificial tasting. I ate one package because I felt I should. The next package was offered to guests at a birthday party and only two pieces were eaten. The guests did not like it either. The box of chocolates went fast. I have two unopened packages of fudge left. I don't feel comfortable throwing them in the garbage but I really do not like them. Why not discontinue making the fudge??? Judy G 3/23/16 read more
