Salted caramel pecan and pumpkin Kringles
    Jenny R.

A MUST TRY! The Kringles were so good, we even stopped a second time when we passed through the city on our way home! They had a ton of different desserts, espresso drinks, and even breakfast sandwiches made on their fresh-made bagels. A few of the Kringles were cut up to sample which helped us choose between the many flavors. You can also get half of one so it's less of a commitment, or so you can get 2 different flavors to make a whole one. We loved the pumpkin and raspberry! All of the employees were incredibly sweet and didn't rush us while we decided on everything. If you're around Green Bay, definitely add this to your list!

When I travel I like to try new foods, regional coffee shops and bakeries. Found Uncle Mike's via YELP. Hands down this was my favorite new try of all the establishments I visited on a 12 day trip to Wisconsin. The selection of goodies was unbelievable, the flavors were amazing and the prices were very reasonable. I'd go back in a heart beat if I'm ever in the area again.

    Counter with delicious pastries.

When visiting Green Bay, you must drive over to De Pere, for to visit this bakery. Outstanding display of every type of pastry you could possibly think of along with any other baked goods. I mostly come here for the famous Krinkle. The two of my goto is cherry and the raspberry. Worth the 10 minute drive from Green Bay.

If you're in Greenbay you 100% have to get a kringle! I got the Salted Caramel and I was in heaven. I recommend doing the half kringle unless you are feeding a ton of people. It's sweet and the dough is just perfect! Layers of frosting and flavors. They have a ton of options so you can mix and match!

Love Uncle Mike's. I am new to WI and had never heard of Kringles. My new coworkers were appalled and insisted I try uncle Mike's. I did and am so sorry I did. Or at least my hips will be. Since then, I have been purchasing them regularly for me, clients and family back in lower Mi.

For a real Dane, this place is a joke. It is pretend Kringle. And also WAY overpriced.

As usual, no disappointments. Cheese danish to die for, cronuts in 4 varieties, and milk by the pint. Breakfast every Saturday morning.

As everyone knows they are the place to get a kringle, but I also enjoy their donuts, pies, and coffee.

Since this was our first visit, we went inside to order, and every staff member went above and beyond to help us understand their coffee and pastry options. They explained how their drinks have more of a true coffee flavor and helped me customize mine by reducing the number of espresso shots to achieve the lighter, sweeter, fluffier taste I prefer. I ended up with a medium seasonal drink featuring brown sugar and caramel, made with just one shot of espresso which was delicious. The scones were the best I've had. We tried the lemon, java chip, and pumpkin flavors, along with a pecan roll. The lemon and java chip were our personal favorites. You can tell this place is a local gem--while waiting in line, regulars shared their top picks, and the lemon blueberry scone was a top recommendation. The interior is just for ordering, but there are outdoor tables available. Most customers seem to use the drive-thru, which keeps things moving smoothly. We're looking forward to our next visit to the Green Bay area to try more flavors.

Would recommend again. I'll be back. :-)

Picked up a chocolate croissant and an almond croissant from Voyageurs at the farmers' market by St. Brendan's Inn, where I am staying. Both were delicious, and the almond croissant was huge! I've been snacking on that throughout the day. I mentioned to them that Yelp has them listed as being open until 2 AM on Friday night. They clarified that they close at 2 PM on Friday's, like the rest of the week. Nice folks, very kind and helpful. Their breads looked delectable as well.

I ordered toast, crispy potatoes, a side of bacon. My daughter ordered eggs Benedict . My order came and the waitress had forgot to put in the potatoes . This was after confirming the order twice. When the potatoes came it was a small portion swimming in some kind of spicy seasoned oil. For $8 I would have expected a bit more portion wise. The bacon was fine. Nothing remarkable, and $4 for two slices. The toast and jam was ok. The toast bordered on burnt and was served without butter. The jam was more like a strained strawberry puree. The toast was tasty, except for the slightly burnt top. The eggs Benedict was $22. For that price they should be stellar! The English muffin had burnt bits, the hollandaise was ok, nothing special , the ham was tasty , but the egg was poached way past the point you would want or expect with eggs Benedict . There was a side of thinly sliced zucchini and squash that was quite tasty . Again, terrific bread- but we will skip the dine in options.
