Left with a cone taller than my future and a smile so big I had to hold it with both hands. The ice cream? Creamy, dreamy, and possibly churned by angels. Prices? Let's just say I paid less for my sundae than I did for a bottle of water at the gas station. That's sorcery. Delicious, creamy sorcery. Deanna, the mastermind behind this frozen wonderland, is the kind of person who probably gives ice cream to her enemies just to win them over. Her helpers were so friendly and upbeat, I thought I'd wandered into a Disney movie--minus the musical number (although I did hum while eating). Bottom line: Brain Freeze is what would happen if Willy Wonka ditched the chocolate and focused on making the happiest ice cream shop on Earth. 10/10, will absolutely be back... once my taste buds forgive me for the cold snap. Cute little shop inside a strip mall. A ton of ice cream flavors and topping options. A little on the pricey side...two single waffle cones with no toppings was about 13.00. That being said, it was a fun treat and the flavors we had were delicious. Staff was very friendly and they do accept Apple Pay. Will definitely come back. read more

Great place! Friendly and accommodating staff, great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this establishment! My daughter's attend school across the street from BrainFreeze, and their house went on a waffle Wednesday. I was amazed at how calm and organized they were with over 50 people needing to be served. They were patient, helpful, quick and efficient. Smiles adorned the employees faces in the middle of all the chaos. The selection of flavors was excellent, the price was amazing, especially compared to other ice cream shops in the Green Bay, DePere, and Howard-Suamico area. All the kids-and parents as well-advised a great time. I will definitely be returning, and if you haven't tried this place yet you must! read more

In addition to fabulous ice cream selection, the have sandwiches and wraps to boot! Sandwiches are meal sized, flavorful and serve by friendly attentive staff! They had around 20 different flavors that all tasted amazing - it was hard to decide which to choose because I liked them all. I will not be going back to Brain Freeze. They've gotten very skimpy with their servings and when my husband was being checked out the guy didn't even ask if we had the rewards. When I went to the counter to ask that the 5 ice creams we'd purchased could be added, he just said, sorry but they could not. Ok fine, but this is the last time I'll visit Brain Freeze.
