This charming breakfast spot is a culinary haven with impeccable service, a delightful setup, and spacious dining. The in-house baked goods, notably the irresistibly flaky croissant, showcase the baker's skill, leaving your taste buds craving more. For those chilly mornings, the lobster bisque offers a burst of flavor, while the steak and provolone omelette is a must-try for meat enthusiasts. The self-serve coffee station adds a personal touch, allowing you to tailor your brew to perfection. What truly sets this spot apart is its support for local artists--unique paintings for sale contribute to a one-of-a-kind ambiance that supports the community. With a perfect 10 out of 10, this breakfast spot seamlessly combines culinary excellence, inviting aesthetics, and a commitment to local artistry. Whether you're a food aficionado, a coffee lover, or an art enthusiast, this spot offers a complete and delightful experience that's sure to linger in your memory. Not to mention the restrooms were very clean!

This is by far the best breakfast and lunch duel in the area. Waling distance from Lambeau Field. They serve the best soup in the area. Cant really complaint about pricing... on the higher end, but you get what you paid for. I dont mind the extra charges for the extra. Will be back.

Prepared fresh and extra tasty. Scalloped potato soap was amazing, 12 oz portion perfect with a grilled turkey sandwich. Marbled bread Reubens are delicious, got an extra side of thousand island dressing and enjoyed every bite. Tad high price pint, but worth it. Tad over whelming when you come in to order, we forgot dessert. That was okay that we missed desserts, we are stuffed.

Create your own salad - Romain, avocado, tomato, cucumber, cheddar, carrots, raspberry vinaigrette.

Salad was larger than expected and everything tasted fresh. I do wish they wouldn't put the plastic cup someone touched on the salad though and next time I'll ask for half the cheese. Will be back and was overall pleased.

Attended a corporate function in the private party room (towards back of restaurant). Hinterland is…read morethe type of place where you can be super casual but also enjoy a more elevated dining experience. The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service - for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would've been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access. Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she's had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance. I'd come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I'm sure I'll land on some better food options next time.

It's a rare find when they crush both! This ragu was made with homemade bucatini (love this pasta) and the pasta has a lovely chewiness to it that makes it the ultimate comfort food. The sauce is complex (definitely not canned sauce) and has a wonderful range of flavors with a hint of heat but absolutely delicious. I am dining alone but you could easily share this especially if you order a salad to share. I love this place and they never disappoint. Servers are exceptionally attentive and I always leave satisfied with my life choices.

We came in on a Friday night. Grabbed a seat at the bar since all tables were full. The bartender…read morewas attentive and friendly. Two at our table got the perch fish fry, I got the grilled cheese on sourdough with tomato soup and the fourth got the salmon salad. The perch was very good. The rest of the plate was just ok. The fries weren't super hot and since they were under the fish they didn't have much crisp to them. My grilled cheese was the disappointing one. I don't believe it was actually sourdough - seemed more like white bread, however that could be because it wasn't crispy at all. It seemed as if it maybe hit the grill for 10 seconds. The soup was hot and was ok. The salmon salad was good. I think we all agreed that we would give it another chance because everything was ok and the people were so friendly.

The challenges is that it is rare to find vegetarian food on most Wisconsin menus, unless it is full of cheese and deep-fried. My review of this place would've been better, if I would've had some more options to eat. Even their tomato soup is made with a chicken stock, which rules it out. You can make a good tasting tomato soup with a vegetable stock. The restaurant itself is very cute. Decent selection of beers. The appetizers we ordered were fine. I ordered the fish tacos and was a bit disappointed. It didn't help that I had eaten fish tacos at a fantastic Mexican restaurant the day before and these were kind of mediocre. They were served in tough flour tortillas and they just didn't have a lot of flavor. Overall, it was an OK experience. The rest of my group really did like their food. I would say that probably a nice bar for most people, but for vegetarians not so much.
