She was rather crude and unfriendly. My question to the owner is, why would you put someone like this in charge of representing your sensational bakery? As mentioned, we stopped back twice on both days for goodies because we love the products not because this person offered any type of customer service. We first were fooled by price when she left the delivery space blank then charged us more money right when we were set for final payment. We ended up having to pick up our own cupcakes the day of the wedding and drive them ourselves to the reception. When we picked up the cake and cupcakes, we did not receive any boxes or wrapping for transport, just a cake on cardboard set in our car...YIKES. She did not answer timely on emails and was not a pleasure to work with. Very disappointed in the service.
