I have been to 4 different locations in the area, and every one of them have professional employees who care about taking care of customers. I have done pick up orders, orders by mail, as well as shopping in store. Each time the products are professionally packaged. It's nice to see employees taking the time to do their job correctly. It's a nice change. I even saw the TikTok interview on Subway Takes with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. His pitch with the 11% rebate was evidence to me that he's a real educator as we educators are the only ones who do rebates. So, yes, I have sent in 3 bundles so far. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

Any way, the dock system was the best priced around by at least $2,000 and it is high quality and very easy to put together. I would go buy another dock system here if I needed one. The kicker was that, as I approached the register, a cashier was asking her manager if she could leave, despite the fact that she was open and I was standing there with two items. The card reader also didn't work right, and I eventually had to slide my card the opposite way the arrows indicated. So I wouldn't usually come here, and my experience did nothing to change that. The managers are rude and don't stick to the cardinal rule of, the customer is always right. Many times I've gone in there and seen % off sale signs on everything, but by the time I get to the counter, they say the items I've brought up are not included. This happened today, 30% off mens metal and wood decor, they had shotgun shell decorative lights directly next to the sign. After bringing the manager back to see that my mom and I weren't lying, she made up some bs excuse that it would also say lights on the sale sign as well. My response was that maybe they should be moved to where all the other decorative lights are, or holiday to avoid more confusion and what I got back was a rude no. Which brings me to my next point, why aren't all these sale in the computer? When you scan an item, at most stores the register will automatically ring it up and the sale price. Not at hobby lobby, the cashiers have to sit with the ad in front of them and go through it by hand to make sure your items qualify to be on sale. Really? In this day and age there should be no reason for confusion on sale items, but instead your left arguing with your cashier or your store manager about a poorly placed sign, because they apparently put items not on sale, by the sale items? Idk, that's what the manager told me and it makes no sense. I will NEVER go back after this last experience, even the cashiers knew we were in the right. Joann fabrics gained another customer, I only wish I could file a formal complaint with corporate. Don't waste your time on their price gimmicks, it's mostly bs to keep you coming back. You're really not saving anything as their sales are perpetual, they should just mark everything down to its proper price instead of trying to fool everyone. You really think, that we think, you've been having a "sale" on wall decor every day since you've opened? You're customers aren't stupid and deserve better then the rude managers that run the place. I met Lisa at the NARI Expo, and she was the nicest person we talked to…read more She also gave us a great quote on a bathroom remodel we needed done. She took a look at photos on my phone, and came up with a reasonable solution that would look great but would still be affordable. Then, she came out to our house in Madison (YES, re-bath will service Madison!). We ended up deciding on a shower instead of a tub, and picked out the details right then and there. Never once did she try to needlessly up-sell us on anything we didn't want. We chose the 'same as cash' 12 month financing - I was thrilled they had payment plans. We got everything set up with the credit company over the phone. After that, I got a call a month later or so to set up the remodel. The installation team was extremely nice, and was very thorough. On the first day of the remodel we discovered there was a gas line running through our bathroom (the house is built in 1910.) Another company would have halted production and had me call in a specialist, but they were able to re route everything and continue with the job. Our job was more complicated than average, but was still finished in two days. The result was flawless. The Delta industrial grade faucets we chose were beautiful and of very high quality. The craftsmanship is top notch, and after a month and a half everything is still working great. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Re-Bath, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, friendly, affordable and quality service.

The Oshkosh store closed, so we called Green Bay and they said they couldn't help us because we are not in their area. I think that is terrible customer service for a Company. I called corporate headquarters to ask if this is their policy and they said a Re-Bath dealer can choose where they go. HQ also said they would call Green Bay Office to explain my situation and would call me back. They never did. Luckily, I hired an excellent carpenter, who was able to fix the wall without disturbing the Re-Bath tub wall.
