Target has always been my go-to store for anything I need. We also get our prescriptions there and have never had a issue with their pharmacy. I can typically find anything I am looking for and if I can't, an employee is friendly and helpful. Their policies on price matching are a bit crazy, but I understand it's a store policy and not an employee thing, so I don't make a fuss. I save more money at target than the regular grocery store. They are occasionally out of something I'm looking for, but will gladly order it. Returns are easy. Occasionally long check out lines, but since they installed self check out lanes, it makes shopping much faster. read more

I need a cheap wrist watch for work, so I visited the Oshkosh Target store this evening. After wandering around the store for about 15 minutes and not seeing any watches, I asked one of the staff. She politely sent me to the wrong location. I accessed one of the screens placed around the store that provide locations. It didn't work. I asked the friendly customer service person for directions. She provided them and used her radio to ask someone to meet me. I stood around in the location provided for about 10 minutes - no watches, no help. I walked out of that store after nearly 40 minutes of encountering one episode of incompetence after another. I've shopped at Targets since the first one opened near St. Paul, MN, and this has been my worst Target experience. I put this down to poor management. read more

It's a great store to shop at. The only problem is the outside of the store. Get rid of the red cement balls outside. All little kids jump on them and could fall off them and could go into traffic. They are a hazard to have. read more

I think this is where Osh Kosh shops. Target is an essential store for the road warrior. They carry many products that you might need to replace if you forgot to pack that particular item that you can't do without when you're traveling (like Kit Kat Bars). Nice clean store. The grocery section is tiny in comparison to other Target stores. But, they do have fresh vegetables, bread, milk and fruit. read more

I'm starting to get a little annoyed with this Target. The last two time I've gone, it's been crazy busy and there were only a couple of check-outs open. The first time, after I waited in line a good ten minutes and finally paid, someone opened the next register up and asked if I was ready to check out. Um, well, I WAS, but no one was here to help me, so I had to wait. And on a recent Sunday afternoon the lines were completely backed up, with no express lanes open (I had 3 items). I guess next time I go to Target, I'll allow some extra time to waste standing in line -- what is this, Wal-Mart? read more

I stopped by targetsince it was close by and had something that pick and save did not carry. I picked up somethings. When i got to check out, there was one line. I had alcohol and could not go thru self checkout. The line stopped . The help light came on and we waited and waited.. noone came. I sat down everything but my one sought out item. Paid in self checkout. I went to pick and save and saved money. They have good customer service because they are owned by Kroger's. I will drive an extra mile to go to walmart if I cannot buy it at pick ans save. read more

The bathrooms and baby changing tables are really gross. There's always garbage on the floor in the bathrooms, always stalls missing toilet paper. The store is nice, always love shopping at Target but the bathroom here is just repulsive. read more

Been a Target shopper since way before they were in our area, used to run to the one across from the now defunct Northridge Mall in Brown Deer, how time flies. The Oshkosh has always been a clean and organized store, as most of them are, it's their business model. The floors are shiny and the shelves are usually pretty organized. Employees are willing to help with a smile and will even take you to an item or dept to show you where it is. This store has the small Grocery department that has pretty much all you would need including dairy, some meats and veggies. A full meat, deli and produce are about all that is missing. You can get most staple items there and a lot of interesting items from their Archer Farms house brand of items through all the various departments of the grocery department. Prices are about the same as Walmart. I think a lot of comparison shopping is done as a lot of the prices are the same. The aisles in Target are wide, clear of junk or pallets of this and that like other Big Box stores, it's a much more relaxing environment. The home decor department always has unique items for your home by assorted designers, so if you are in the mood to redecorate, there is a lot of neat items to accent your home. The electronics is excellent with a huge selection of all the latest Audio, video and coordinating products to compliment them. Softlines such as clothing is great if you are a woman or child as the selection is wide and varied. Menswear is rather limited, you can't have everything. Finishing off there is a quick serve snack bar with very limited snacks or a full service Starbucks adjacent to the snack bar. Right near the entrance you have the cleanest restrooms you've ever seen in a public place, hats off to Target for that. If you are looking for a one stop shop for most anything including that cup of latte, this is your destination! read more

My Wife and I love this place. We used to shop Walmart for our grocery run and also stroll through the electronics department. We started shopping Target more frequently after their remodel to bring in a grocery department. We now go to Walmart once or twice a year. Walmart shopping was horrid, provided nothing but stress, anxiety, horrible customers and you get the idea. We shop at Target and none of that happens generally (minus the random crazy coupon lady trying to abuse the system, or a screaming child). Relaxed, enjoyable, happy to be there. Some prices are higher at Target, but that is true for anywhere. Just got to find the right deals at the right times. Using Cartwheel, Coupons, RedCard, Pharmacy rewards. It's generally our one stop shop. Quality....almost everything we have purchased there (food and non-food) has been high quality. Everything lasts. That combined with a pleasant shopping experience it's worth paying a bit extra on some select things. We have got to know some of the employee's also, always friendly, helpful, fun to talk with. Clean store, usually always stocked and faced well, busy weekends/holidays and Packer game days obviously cause a lot of empty areas. Cleanest bathrooms in my opinion, don't feel gross going in there. Lastly, someone reviewed that they had to wait in line a couple of times for up to 10 minutes and no one opened another register till after they checked out. That sucks, I can't say I've had that experience. In fact, 99.9% of the time when it's been busy, or a line forms, employee's are always attentive and open another register, or check out at guest services. Sometimes that's if only 3 people are in line also. Walmart....well, 40+ people could be ready to check out with 2 lanes open and I usually see Managers standing around, laughing and not doing their job. I will always vote/support Target because of these reasons. If they ever change and turn into a Hell-mart (walmart) then we'll go elsewhere. read more
