Each store was well stocked and I like the variety of the stores represented. Each also seemed to have great deals in addition to the normally lower outlet prices. One thing I did find nice was that the stores were also overall neat and organized. Several outlet malls we have went to before have stores that look like windstorms went through them! I came in from Pardeeville, Wisconsin looking for a sports coat for a conference I needed to go to the following week in Kentucky. I started with Shawn in the process and not knowing what exactly I wanted, Shawn was helping me send photos of me trying on different coats to my daughters and wife on fb. It took longer than expected and Shawn's shift was over and he passed my sale onto Eric and he too helped me try on a few more coats and many more pictures to my loved ones. The ladies were too kind and said dad looked great in all but the wife had one in mind that stood out more than all the rest. After the decision was made Eric took an additional 10 minutes to prep my coat so it was ready to wear. Asking me if I wanted one or more of the pockets on the jacket to be kept sewn shut. I asked if he would open the top handkerchief pocket opened for future use. I had stopped by two other stores to find a sport coat prior to coming to Brooks Brothers. I was totally blown away by the service that I got and the fair price. I would recommend the store to all my friends and family. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. My recommendations: The soda there is alright and has a slightly distinct flavor but isn't noticeable unless you are a true soda connoisseur. The mochi tastes like edible rice bubblegum with the taro filling reminding me of a coffee, perhaps latte. It's a must try.
