When I went to open the tailgate, the handle broke off in my hands. I was told tough, I'd have to pay for the damages. I did not dent/scratch/hit anything, just using the truck as a normal person would. The assistant general manager Joan has been incredibly unwilling to work with me in any way on this. They also as of now haven't even provided me a receipt showing the charges of the damages, just stating "your deposit will cover it" I have been shopping there for years but no more, Lowe's is right down the street

I have been to 4 different locations in the area, and every one of them have professional employees who care about taking care of customers. I have done pick up orders, orders by mail, as well as shopping in store. Each time the products are professionally packaged. It's nice to see employees taking the time to do their job correctly. It's a nice change. I even saw the TikTok interview on Subway Takes with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. His pitch with the 11% rebate was evidence to me that he's a real educator as we educators are the only ones who do rebates. So, yes, I have sent in 3 bundles so far. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

Lowe's rebate is a ploy If I could give less than one star I…read morewould. Lowe's 500.00 rebate is a ploy for them to use your money for months. They say you'll, get your rebate in 6 to 8 weeks. But that's not true, by the time they give you the run around on your claim it is 16 or more weeks. The automated system will not have a update until week 8 then it will tell you your claim has missing info. When you finally get to talk to someone they will tell you there is no missing info. Must be a glitch and they will redo the clam and send you a new claim number. That puts you back to 6 to 8 weeks waiting for your money. Not sure at this point if I will ever see my rebate money. I may end up getting the run around again. And 6 to 8 weeks can turn into 18 to 24 weeks. I looked on line and I'm not the only person this has happened to.

I was told they could not do that. I realize these plants were not very healthy, however I don't mind. I have a lot of patience and am willing to take a chance on them. Why not offer a blow out clearance shelf instead of throwing them out? I am a frequent shopper at Lowe's in the summer as we have lots of projects. What a waste. Alternatively, I stopped at Menard's, just for the heck of it and found some blow out plants that are now thriving in my garden. Do better Lowe's.

The ice maker was not functional unless I had a butter knife and an extra hour or two to spare. The top oven would just do its own thing on a whim....most likely go from 325* to 550* in a heartbeat. The gentleman ,(Willy??) who came out explained all the charges for service and the time frame. He also told me what went wrong and why! The owner said "how do I know you didn't do that"...come on, if that isn't the most generic response to divert responsibility. He also said that he would send the floor damage claim to his insurance, that was months ago and still no insurance agents have contacted her.

I went in today and met with a young lady about trading in my watch. She was insistent that it wasn't eligible for trade in yet when I had just checked at home. She checked another way and found dit was indeed eligible and issued the gift card I requested. She was smug and I felt she was rude. Another time I went in and was told by a manager that "wow you buy a lot of watches". Don't think it is any of their business but I happen to have a large family and buy for them. This store was no exception, and was large, but what stood out to me was the terrazzo floors and staircases going to the lower floor. It reminded me a bit of department stores from my youth. The location is downtown, and it's clearly a building with history. One of the things I've been saying to my husband lately is that I miss the days of department stores, and this store had a bit of that feel. On top of that, we went to the counter, asked the employee about this particular light bulb and were pointed to the exact location, and they had said somewhat uncommon lightbulb in stock. $3. A win.

Staff told us about a lightbulb that just would shine down so we tried it, and it's perfect! We never would have known there was such a thing. So, yes, even for something that sounds little like a lightbulb it's the place to go!!

Call. No call back. Sent note via website. Nothing. Call again, finally able to set an appointment. Time and date he's supposed to be back, he calls and tells me to take a video of the issue - says it's not a good use of his time to drive all the way out to my house, and then to sit & watch my washer for another 40 minutes. Apparently a video will help him diagnose it, and my time is not valuable. Sad the terrible sales & service- I will never give this company another penny!

I was told if that didn't work, let them know and they would fit me in in a few days. Although their suggestion didn't work, I appreciated that they tried to help me fix it myself and avoid a service call! Three days after calling them back to say it didn't work and I needed someone to come and take a look at the refrigerator, someone came and fixed the problem. Fixed three weeks earlier than anyone else, and at a much more reasonable price than the other guys. It's been 3 months and not another drop of water on the floor. Kelbachs will be my first call next time!!
