I only gave 4 stars because there were a couple of questions he could not answer at the time that I thought may have been helpful to know. There is another older gentlemen on site that knew everything about the dock systems (went back for another 8 ft section the next day), and he was super helpful. Any way, the dock system was the best priced around by at least $2,000 and it is high quality and very easy to put together. I would go buy another dock system here if I needed one. Great value for the money for sure!!!

When I went to open the tailgate, the handle broke off in my hands. I was told tough, I'd have to pay for the damages. I did not dent/scratch/hit anything, just using the truck as a normal person would. The assistant general manager Joan has been incredibly unwilling to work with me in any way on this. They also as of now haven't even provided me a receipt showing the charges of the damages, just stating "your deposit will cover it" I have been shopping there for years but no more, Lowe's is right down the street

I have been to 4 different locations in the area, and every one of them have professional employees who care about taking care of customers. I have done pick up orders, orders by mail, as well as shopping in store. Each time the products are professionally packaged. It's nice to see employees taking the time to do their job correctly. It's a nice change. I even saw the TikTok interview on Subway Takes with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. His pitch with the 11% rebate was evidence to me that he's a real educator as we educators are the only ones who do rebates. So, yes, I have sent in 3 bundles so far. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

Most recently, in 2016 when my husband and I decided we were going to build a house the following year and wanted to include numerous salvaged pieces in the Craftsman style house, Julie and J were there to help as we bounced ideas off them. They really helped us to formulate our ideas and concepts into actual additions into our new home. Julie helped me find the perfect ridge beam to use as a mantle. We also got (local) Buckstaff factory flooring which we installed into the tray ceiling in our dining room, which J actually cut down for us at the shop because the bundle wouldn't fit in our jeep! We also found the perfect claw foot tub for our bathroom, a couple vintage doors, hardware...not to mention my favorite piece, the trap door from Buckstaff Company, which is now an art piece, hanging prominently on the wall in our home. They also kept an eye out and helped find the perfect vintage buffet to use as a bar! We have so many pieces around our house that could not have come to fruition without Crescent Moon Antiques & Salvage. Julie and J are always excited to hear what projects and ideas we are pondering. Even if I'm not already brewing an idea, just taking some time to walk through the shop is so inspiring that I come away with project ideas! Julie and J are incredibly passionate about preserving history and tastefully incorporating salvaged materials or pieces into homes and businesses. Then there was the time I "needed" a vest made from some of Dad's deerskins. ...and then there was the purse, the belt, the cute gifts, and the shoe repair. Every time I got: a warm smile and conversation, quality work, creative solutions, timely work, and exactly the price that was discussed. A very expensive Harley belt wore out and the leather cracked, so they made me a new belt with the Harley hardware. 2. The pull strap on a pair of boots kept tearing and they replaced it. Typically I could probably get more if I resold it and if its a new game usually I will beat it and sell it for cash since I get more than store credit but sometimes they give bonus % when you trade towards a new game so I take advantage of that when I can. The "midnight" release parties are always great and never that crowded so you can get in and back home to playing even if you show up right before release which is typically done at 9PM now. This is not one of the largest Gamestops but they do have a good selection of games for many different systems. The used game selection is usually the largest and you can always find something reasonably priced that you havent played before. It might not be a good game but it will be cheap and new to you.

Prices all over the board from dirt cheap to still pricey. Don't expect great deals on new releases unless you are a member of their club. Usually the higher tier members save a lot, get freebies and so on. But that's only if you are an extreme gamer buying and playing games all week long. I've always found plenty of deals for PS3 and Xbox One games. I find this location to be quite large, its 3-4 times larger than the location in the Appleton mall. Selection is great. Service is pretty good and many of the employee's play plenty of the games they sell. Which you would hope so considering they work there. They can offer advice and input, feedback from different perspectives for games. They often run sales and are big with first day release games, those days the place is busy. They do push their gamers rewards program a lot, i go maybe twice a year as i'm a casual gamer. But every time I go we get into this long process of them pushing and trying to convince me to sign up and me saying i'd spend more money and time trying to be a rewards member and not make use of it and it wouldn't benefit me. Then they'll continue to try convince me. No..no..and no. Not interested. I realize you have to ask, but ask once, maybe twice and leave it at that. Lost a star for that. This location is near WalMart super center, located in a mini strip area by Hu Hot. Check them out for awesome games and pretty good service.

Other than that, the store has reasonably priced tools that are in stock most of the time. I have had no problems with returns though I only did that once. Prices are reasonable, and they have it when Menards is out of stock. To the guy that gave a terrible rating, you didn't keep your receipt. You have to have your receipt to return items. I usually attach it to the box so that it doesn't get lost. This is to prevent shoplifter returns. Most stores have this policy, it is common around the world.
