I typically don't write reviews, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing…read more After multiple calls and being transferred several times, I finally placed an appliance order, paid for it, and received an order confirmation. I heard nothing for an entire week, so I contacted them for an update. That's when I was told that the appliance I had purchased had been given to someone else and that they had ordered me a replacement with a two-month lead time. What was most frustrating was that no one seemed willing or able to do anything to resolve the situation. I was simply told there was nothing they could do, and the overall response made it seem like my situation was not a priority. This was going to be my first purchase from this company, but based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from them in the future. If this is how difficult it is to simply place and receive an order, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get support if something actually went wrong with the appliance. Very disappointing experience, and I would caution others to consider their customer service before purchasing.
