The Intake and Supply were Reversed with the Main Intake at the Top and Supply at the Bottom! .He Told me then Repaired and Reversed that and Also that had probly Caused the Minerals and deposits in the Hot Water to be Pushed out when the Water was Connected Correctly it continued to Push All the loose Buildup in the hot Piping to the Faucets which Clogged the lines and Valves of the Hot Water somewhat which he Cleared and got to Flow Again Correctly!! Great Job! Also had to Replace the Kitchen faucet and RePipe the Clothes Washer to get Hot Water as that was goofy and not Plumbed Right. Very Thankful for that and tho it did take more time and effort it didnt cost that much more to fix those unexpected issues. Very Grateful for that!

I don't know what someone else would do, but Abner the owner came over the day after I contacted Yelp for contractors. He came out and told us after looking at our furnace that it was clean and we don't need his services! I was amazed. He then advised us by telling us he would do this and his staff as well to be honest and forthright. This is what a business should be doing. Help people, do right by people and if you do the work, which he informed us, would be done or redone until correct. I don't know what the cost would be if he had to do the work for us, but I was impressed with his words, actions and information. He returned after advising us that the furnace should be sprayed with a deterrent to prevent mold and came back to do the job for us the next day. Wonderful. 5 star quality business practice.

I thought great I'd use the $15 coupon on postcard too that they offered me. Then after work was done told it was $84.95 plus tax and the coupon for $15 off I couldn't use. Juston said service was regularly $94.95 and that was the $15 off I said no $15 off would be $80.00 not $84.95. Juston said to call Wendy I did she said service was $99.95 the $15 coupon was for new clients only. Wendy said the coupon was sent out to me as a reminder to call in for service. Juston the technician was a great guy very personable and gave me tip to keep unit clean. Juston said yes he ran into this problem all the time that he would talk to Wendy when he got back to his business. I signed it begrudgingly but I thought this is a bait and switch I called my credit card company I'm disputing it. I've loved having them out and they do great work and are reliable business. The last visit they matched the coupon price of a competitor. The coupon says not valid with other offers but not saying what that is? Definitely not transparent in their business practices. I told Juston I'm putting this up on Yelp. Juston then said he'd talk to Wendy. If they've had this problem with many other customers then why haven't they changed it. Wendy could of mentioned this over the phone.
