Sold him a new heating element for just over going rate, but hey, keep in local. The element was not the problem. They sent out a service guy, who know the make and model and age of range. Well, this will shock you. The range is too old for parts. Did not see that coming. So almost $100 later, and would gave back 50% of the heating element, we both learned a lesson. So far going out to a customers house for less then 5 minutes, seriously, less then 5 minutes only to say, "its too old to get parts, check ebay" and then charging almost $100 for service call, NO THANKS.

Call. No call back. Sent note via website. Nothing. Call again, finally able to set an appointment. Time and date he's supposed to be back, he calls and tells me to take a video of the issue - says it's not a good use of his time to drive all the way out to my house, and then to sit & watch my washer for another 40 minutes.
