As we walked around the store looking at sectional couches, my Grandson overheard one of the salesmen that they were to keep an eye on us, after hearing this my Grandson told me he wanted to leave the store, I didn't find out about what he heard until we were on our way home in fond Du lac. I've spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years, bedroom sets, mattresses and living room furniture, the comment was totally uncalled for and if I would have known sooner I would have responded immediately.

The man at the Oshkosh store had a bad attitude when we walked into the store, was poor at communicating, repeatedly uninformative when asked about their products, poor at guiding me to what we repeatedly said we were looking for and was rude. He was one of the worst sales people I've ever worked with and it was the worst shopping experience we have had in 50 years. We left before we tried out any beds, I wouldn't buy anything from him. We won't be returning.

ok- we have never had a bad experience with this merchant and had planned on using them with future…read moreappliances but in 12/24 bought a Whirlpool washing machine from them- in addition, we bought the 3 year insurance protection policy- last week our washing machine broke down with the computer system- when I called Van Reedes to file a complaint, they referred me to the insurance company they utilize- when I called that number, they referred me to EPIC to file a claim as 'that is the process' I was told- claim filed, and today when I followed up, the mid insurance company as no record of a claim but was told they are having problems with EPIC and are looking at replacing them. So.... here we sit wondering what to do next- paid the insurance and this is all we got- nothing- done with Van Reedes at this point!!!!!!
