We recently purchased a home in Rome (Nekoosa) and were looking for a new bed and some furniture…read more We drove by the store and decided to stop in. So glad we did!! Very deceiving from the street. Very nice selections of all interior things you could need! Lots of "lake house and north woods" decor. We picked a bed (lots to choose from) and all of the name brands. They delivered it the next day. After we slept on it we thought it was a little harder than we liked and they replaced it with the next softer model the next day with no hassle or questions! We have a lot to buy for the home and plan on doing all of it here. Highly recommend stopping in and the prices are Very reasonable too! Happy with all of our choices and the service. Thank you and keep it up!

He was super easy to work with, I just sent him a link to the couch and he gave me the lowest price he could offer me. The whole process went smoothly and Adam was extremely friendly. When it came time for delivery he showed up at my door on time and helped me move my couch into my apartment. He even offered to help me set it up! Great experience purchasing my furniture from here and I loved the service. If you're looking for quality furniture for a low price and great customer service, this is a great place to shop. Adam even followed up to make sure I had set up my couch properly and there were no problems.

I have driven by this place a bunch of times and was intrigued by the outdoor furniture displays…read more Finally had some time to stop in and check the place out. This store is very large. Three big showrooms. The first room is pretty much a general store with many foods, candies and jams. It also have a lot of smaller furnishings, like things you might use in your kitchen. Another area has some really cool bird feeders (along with bird seed). The next two rooms are filled with chairs, tables and bed frames. There are some really cool pieces here! Things that would work well in a cabin, in your backyard or in your house. Most everything seems pretty expensive but I honestly don't know if this is the going rate for good furnishings! We left with some candy, maple syrup and soup starters. However, now that we are home, we are planning another trip to go back and buy one of the bird feeders that we liked.

On Friday, January 9, at approximately 12:47 p.m., I called Amish Furniture Warehouse in New London…read moreto inquire about making an appointment to view the quality of their furniture and to ask about the possibility of a summer internship in their manufacturing department for my nephew. The individual who answered the phone, whose name I believe was "Bai" or "Bah," opened the call by saying, "What you got for me... this is going to be a good one." The tone was unexpected and unprofessional. When I asked about the internship, she responded by yelling that they were not accepting applications or internships and stated, "this is not how the process works," before abruptly hanging up. While I understand that businesses have established policies and may not offer internships, the manner in which this call was handled was rude and inappropriate and did not demonstrate a basic level of customer service. A polite explanation would have been sufficient. This interaction left a disappointing impression and raises concerns about how customers and general inquiries are treated. Professional, respectful communication is a reasonable expectation, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.

I would steal clear of this "Ashley Furniture" altogether. Not one particular store, but the whole…read morechain. I bought a sofa online from Ashley, but when it was delivered, it wasn't really from Ashley. I was told it was from a store contracted by Ashley to fulfill the item. It looked alright and matched the picture, but when I sat on it, I immediately sank to the frame. The fabric is so cheap and thin, you could probably read a newspaper through it. The clincher, I wanted to return it. But it has to be returned within 48-72 hours. I called Ashley's 800 number, but endless hold music and I never spoke to a person. I sent a few emails and my response was, "Thank you, your email went to a group mailbox and it may take several days for it to be answered. We advise you contact our 800 number if you're experiencing issues with your product." The email was never answered. All I wanted to do was exchange the sofa and get something of higher quality...and actually spend more money with them. I would avoid them. I should have gotten the hint at how bad their products and service was by the fact that you can not rate them on their own site! That should tell you something, reputable places welcome feedback.
