I bought a sofa online from Ashley, but when it was delivered, it wasn't really from Ashley. I was told it was from a store contracted by Ashley to fulfill the item. It looked alright and matched the picture, but when I sat on it, I immediately sank to the frame. The fabric is so cheap and thin, you could probably read a newspaper through it. The clincher, I wanted to return it. But it has to be returned within 48-72 hours. I called Ashley's 800 number, but endless hold music and I never spoke to a person. I sent a few emails and my response was, "Thank you, your email went to a group mailbox and it may take several days for it to be answered. We advise you contact our 800 number if you're experiencing issues with your product." The email was never answered. All I wanted to do was exchange the sofa and get something of higher quality...and actually spend more money with them. I would avoid them. I should have gotten the hint at how bad their products and service was by the fact that you can not rate them on their own site! That should tell you something, reputable places welcome feedback.

Also, there was smeared poop on the floor of the big stall. I laid her mat on the floor by the sink to change her. When I came out I saw a separate bathroom advertising a changing station that had it. DONT ADVERTISE IT IN THE REFULAR BATHROOMS IF ITS JOT GOING TO BE IN THERE!

After an extensive search I was in despair over finding a designer who could provide flowers with the elegant, striking, luscious effect I was after. When my friend in Wausau heard of my flower woes, she offered to deliver from Randy's to Chicago. She had brought me to his shop, Evolutions in Design, when I visited her a couple of years ago, and his excellent taste stayed in my mind. So, thanks to my friend's generosity, I was able to relax and hand my flower problem over to Randy. I put my trust in his design sense. It was trust well-placed. The 12 arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, really breath-taking. They turned an austere, generic room into a place of warmth and beauty. The price was very fair for the richness of the arrangements I got. No skimping here, no fillers, just glorious flowers at their peak bloom.
