We even bought the extra warranty and of course that does not cover the pealing either. I have leather furniture I purchased or 15 years ago from another company and have not had the problems I have had with the recliner. Sorry but the leather should not pealing off a chair unless it's cheap. Pay 1000 for a chair I don't think of as cheap. So beware befor you buy a leather chair from them.

Michelle lied and told us whatever she felt would make a sale. Do not buy their low quality furniture.
