My husband and I tried to visit this store twice during their posted hours of operation looking to buy a hot tub. Once was a Friday afternoon a few weeks before Christmas and the other was a Saturday afternoon after Christmas. Both times the doors were locked. There was no sign indicating why they were not open. It appeared that the lights were on inside but no one came when we pulled on the door. We will not be back. read more

Master Spas

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! I had done a ton of research before finally purchasing a hot tub and…read moredecided on Master Spas. Best decision our family has made! I couldn't be happier with the sales and service from Master Spas of northern WI. From the minute I first walked in, to the delivery and service, Master Spas was top notch. My wife and I are rejuvenated every time we use the tub and our kids love it also. The maintenance has been surprisingly easy as well. I'm not very good at following directions (or so my wife says) but the maintenance couldn't be easier. We've had 2 issues both were 100% our fault but we called the store in Appleton and they took great care of us. I've told everyone I know about it and quite a few friends have now bought Master Spa hot tubs.

My previous technician from another company advised against replacing the circuit board, but Matt recommended we go ahead--and I'm glad we did! He installed the new board, and now the tub works perfectly. Matt was attentive to our schedule, delivered excellent workmanship, and even showed up when he wasn't feeling well. That level of dedication speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment. He is a great representation of your company. When the time comes for a new hot tub, I will absolutely purchase from Master Spas because of this experience. Highly recommend Matt and the team!

(If I could give 10 stars, I would!)…read more The Pool Team recently resurfaced our 22-year-old pool, and the results completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. As an interior designer, I have a very particular eye--and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of workmanship, especially the meticulous tile work done by Brad. Every person on-site was polite, respectful, and hardworking, and they made sure the area was clean and tidy at the end of each day. What really stood out was the follow-through. Even after the pool was filled, Jason came by to ensure everything met my standards--which it absolutely did. I don't typically write reviews, but this level of service deserves recognition. I highly recommend The Pool Team to anyone looking for outstanding craftsmanship and a worry-free experience. Truly top-notch!
