I was nervous about getting a hot tub but finally decided on the TS 240X during a trade show in February. It was finally delivered in July, and we explained that the concrete slab we were having poured as part of our backyard project would not yet be done. No problem, we were told - and the hot tub was delivered to our garage. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery team was professional and helpful. They wrote on my receipt that a second move would be necessary so they could come ensure everything worked and all the features and processes explained (since we are new to this) once the pad was ready. When my project was completed two weeks later, I called to arrange that second move and was told "we don't do that" by the most unhelpful and rude customer service person ever. When I said - wait, it's written right on my receipt, you should have that record - he told me I was giving him "a little too much attitude for 9:15 on a Thursday morning." After he located the record that confirmed I was correct, (and after I picked my jaw up from the floor) he said "I suppose just because we don't normally do that doesn't mean we can't" - and he promised to have the delivery person call to set up a day and time. It's six weeks later and no phone call. Needless to say we had to pay someone else to move it for us and I figured out the system, chemicals and controls online. What a terrible way to reward someone who spent $12K with your company. The experience took the shine off the purchase for sure - and we have told EVERYONE we know who is considering a spa to STAY AWAY. And it's too bad, because it IS a nice spa....but wow. CAN NOT RECOMMEND - and I would NEVER do business with you again. Now I'm wondering who I can get to winterize it for me and reopen it without voiding my warranty - because no way am I putting myself through that again. I'd also like to add that this happened one day after a death in the family - so perhaps I sounded a bit upset - but regardless, that is no way to treat a customer. I'm just disgusted. Then, I reached out to their main office for customer service. They said they'd contact the Appleton store for a follow up. Two months later - not a word. In other words, no one cares. My previous technician from another company advised against replacing the circuit board, but Matt recommended we go ahead--and I'm glad we did! He installed the new board, and now the tub works perfectly. Matt was attentive to our schedule, delivered excellent workmanship, and even showed up when he wasn't feeling well. That level of dedication speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment. He is a great representation of your company. Rudest customer service refused to asking questions about spa color, smart ass responses, kept referring me to website for my questions, so I'm wondering what do they pay this young man for answering phones. I guess it's to piss people off who ruin his day by calling (920) 710-1374, or (920) 727-1700. What a complete jerk, I just had to hang up. I have owned 5 spas in my life, the spa that I purchased from here is useless. I know how to maintain a spa, yet the water in this spa is always off. Master Spa has the WORST filtration system. The filters need to be cleaned every other day for the spa to run right. So forget leaving for a week or two on vacation. This spa has to be babied. We work on it more then we are in it. It brings me more stress then any ounce of enjoyment. I wish I never bought it. I was told by the sales rep I'd have no problem leaving the spa running during the winter. Only reason there getting 2 stars is because I had warranty work done that they came and fixed promptly. Been waiting for 6 months for steps to arrive back ordered due to covid no big deal, if they would communicate it. Offered me 25$ to not take steps when the price of them are 90$ on website. Not having steps have left the hot tub useless to us due to not being able to get in and out, he laughed when I said I would not recommend them over steps. Imagine having to carry your loved one in and out of the tub instead of them being able to get in on there own. I understand covid has everything back ordered but could of at least took the situation seriously. Corporate will be contacted. read more

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! I had done a ton of research before finally purchasing a hot tub and decided on Master Spas. Best decision our family has made! I couldn't be happier with the sales and service from Master Spas of northern WI. From the minute I first walked in, to the delivery and service, Master Spas was top notch. My wife and I are rejuvenated every time we use the tub and our kids love it also. The maintenance has been surprisingly easy as well. I'm not very good at following directions (or so my wife says) but the maintenance couldn't be easier. We've had 2 issues both were 100% our fault but we called the store in Appleton and they took great care of us. I ordered a spa from these people 8 weeks ago, and paid for it in full at that time. I called today to finally get an update and they tell me the spa hasn't been ordered yet, they were waiting for me to call to to tell them to order it. Strange....why did they think I paid for it if I didn't want it? I would highly recommend calling these people repeatedly if you place an order with them so they stay on top of things, and DO NOT pay in full when you sign a con tract! read more

Best hot I've ever owned. This is number 3 but only my second new spa. The first one I bought was used cost me 500.00 which is the only reason I put up with the expensive power bill increase. My second spa was a jacuzzi, I had it for 5 years before it stayed behind as we moved. I bought a twilight spa from spa pool BBQ show and in a word"heavenly" no maintenence with the filtration system they have. No more dry itchy skin for days after using a bunch of chlorine. The neck jets are to die for and a big thank you to the delivery crew for their professionalism, it was not an easy delivery! If you get a chance and you can afford it then I would recommend a master spa to any and all who read this!! read more
