Then when we left to visit our kids ... they would lock us out of our room . So when we got back from our kids we would have to go to our room ( key won't work ) back on the filthy elevator to get an updated key . What a pain in the rear . The rooms need some updating and deep cleaning . We had to have maintenance come with a tool and he pulled a good 12 inches of hair from the drain , so the tub could drain . Sorry but I have to vent about being locked out of our room every day .

Don't advertise a service if you don't have competent staff to ensure the job is done right!

I arrived in the evening and didn't know my way around the area to find hotel parking. I called and the service staff came out to point me in the right direction - much appreciated. Speaking of parking, the only bummer is that it isn't attached to the hotel. You're parking in a city owned ramp so anyone can park there. I happened to visit during an unexpected "peak" time because the ramp was very full so that made in/out a little less convenient. Daily rate is reasonable at $6 with $10/day if you want multiple in/out access. Rooms are cozy but quite snug IMO. There isn't much moving around room between the fireplace, desk and armchair. Appreciate all these "extras" but it didn't leave much room otherwise. Small touches like luxury robes and suitcase rack were nice.

Not only did they change my service plan without my knowledge (causing me a $700+ bill until Cellcom took care of it), they also took advantage of my teenage son (who is not authorized whatsoever on my account). He cracked his screen and took his phone in to get an ESTIMATE for having it fixed. They told him to leave it there and they would call him with a quote once they had one of their techs look at it. About a month later, they called him to tell him that he needed to pay his $100 bill and pick up his fixed phone! First of all, he never signed anything authorizing them to fix it. Second, he's not authorized to give permission to have a phone that I am paying for fixed! Third, they never verified the amount or whether or not to proceed with the repair. Then, when I got involved to inform them of the "miscommunication", the manager, Katie, immediately started screaming at me and told me that the only way I would get the phone back is by paying for it or in pieces and if I didn't like it I could "suck it". I have called the police and the BBB and am on my way to the courthouse to file a civil suit as soon as I finish this review. Like I said, don't ever go there.
