Dave has both, he does an excellent job and at a very affordable price (the carpets look years newer, better than expected--If the previous owner had kept up on them regularly they'd look brand new). Dave didn't take any shortcuts, he has the high-end equipment needed to do the job right, and takes the time to make it look "as good as it's going to get," which is the most you can ask for. On "newer" carpet the previous owners didn't traffic so heavily Dave got it to look new--no kidding, it looks brand new. I'm definitely having him out to keep the carpet looking great rather than having to replace it down the road--he's far more economical, and who doesn't love great looking carpet?

We had Stanley Steemer come to our home to clean our family room, living room and bedroom.We moved…read moreALL of the furniture except the 2 sofas and the bed (which was on sliders for them). We paid extra to have to carpets in the living room and family room deodorized because we have pets. Not only did they not even touch the bedroom, but the other two rooms were soaking wet for 5 days and THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE. We called to complain and were told "oh, there must have been pet urine in the padding and deodorizer activated it". Isn't that the opposite of what it should do?? I told them the bedroom had not been touched and they said "we don't move beds" - well, ok, but do you just not clean the rest of the room either?? They also didn't move or clean under or around the sofa in the family room (the other sofa was on the foam blocks they use). They said they would come back and try to clean it again, but we couldn't stand the smell anymore, so we had to remove the carpet in the living room and family room. We found the carpet tack strip (wooden) around the edges was soaking wet, as was all of the padding. Unless we had a flood, there was no way this could have happened in any way other than them using too much water. I told them I just wanted a refund of the $200 I spent so we can put it toward the carpet we have to replace and they said "we don't do that, we would have to come look at it".There's nothing to look at - the smell was making my whole family sick and we had to remove the carpet.

The second part was the installation. The crew started with installing the counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Next they began working on the kitchen. During the installation, the installer received a phone call that his wife began ill and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He took the time to make sure the plumbing connections could be made, so we wouldn't be left with a kitchen that couldn't be used before he left. Part 3, Codi the installation manager came to expertly put the final touches on the install. The counters look beautiful. In the end, the counters and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen look great and most importantly the installers wife is on the mend. We would recommend Stone Innovations for your counter/remodeling needs.
