I stumbled upon this company while searching for a bike rack system to use in my home to help keep all of my bicycles safe and properly stored. I emailed Rudy Rack asking if they could build the rack that would suit all of my bikes, including two Fat Tire Bikes, I was immediately contacted by Ashley. Ashley was instrumental in assuring me that they would get with her engineers to make sure the rack can be built to accommodate the bikes I need to store and still be able to roll it around in my garage. When the rack showed up, it came with all the hardware, easy step by step instructions and was better then I expected. Thank you Ashley and your team at Rudy Rack for creating the perfect bike rack solution for me and my bikes. Scott Roseville, CA
