We tend to stop as EB often has 36 inseam pants for the long legged Mister but alas, the only ones in the store were in festive "dad jean" styles. I heard her say to another employee, "just make sure to watch closely" while looking in my direction. Not once did she ask if I needed help or if I was looking for something specific. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. (Mind you I had NOTHING in my hands or even a large jacket on which might indicate I was going to shoplift something..which shouldn't even matter in winter in Wisconsin) While I was checking out she literally stood over my shoulder. The gentleman checking me out appeared annoyed that I was debating between sizes for a gift I was purchasing and seemed more interested on getting my information for their "mailing list" instead of helping with the purchase. I love Eddie Bauer but I'll go to another location from now on.

I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

You've gotta love dollar stores for those weird items that are gouged at the big box stores. This…read moreevening we stopped to purchase some non perishables for the local food drive going on at the Sheboygan drive through light show. The store is a mush mosh of crap and non crap items. If you take the time to go through the displays to pick and choose you can really save yourself a lot of dough and walk out with some deals. We passed up the dollar bags of flour only because they were mouse sized bags. Maybe I'll tell my garage mouse about it though. The cashier was friendly and engaging and the best part? Everything in this store is either a dollar or less. I like the layout and staff here, plus the easy access off of hey 58 makes it really convienent when you forget a toothbrush before Cub Scout camp. Yes this occurred over the summer. We will shop here again.

The process of picking out the carpet and getting things initially set up was great. The people…read morethat came to install the carpet did a great job. The problem came with the set up timing of installation and final communication with the sales person. We ended up have to take three days off of work. The first date that was set, we got a call the morning of that they couldn't find the carpet. The second day scheduled, they only had one carpet (we had two rooms planned) and didn't tell us right away. The initial discount we were given was 3%. I called to see if there was anything they could do since we had to take 2 additional days off work. Didn't hear back so called again after a week and was told by the sales person they forgot to call me back and they sent a new invoice with an additional $60 off. That is still less than 6% of our total bill. When I brought that up over the phone, I was told there was nothing they could do since the carpet was back ordered. I explained there was something they could do - check the inventory and communicate with the client sooner. The salesperson then proceeded to talk over me. I told him I would not be recommending this store.

Typically I could probably get more if I resold it and if its a new game usually I will beat it and sell it for cash since I get more than store credit but sometimes they give bonus % when you trade towards a new game so I take advantage of that when I can. The "midnight" release parties are always great and never that crowded so you can get in and back home to playing even if you show up right before release which is typically done at 9PM now. This is not one of the largest Gamestops but they do have a good selection of games for many different systems. The used game selection is usually the largest and you can always find something reasonably priced that you havent played before. It might not be a good game but it will be cheap and new to you.

Prices all over the board from dirt cheap to still pricey. Don't expect great deals on new releases unless you are a member of their club. Usually the higher tier members save a lot, get freebies and so on. But that's only if you are an extreme gamer buying and playing games all week long. I've always found plenty of deals for PS3 and Xbox One games. I find this location to be quite large, its 3-4 times larger than the location in the Appleton mall. Selection is great. Service is pretty good and many of the employee's play plenty of the games they sell. Which you would hope so considering they work there. They can offer advice and input, feedback from different perspectives for games. They often run sales and are big with first day release games, those days the place is busy. They do push their gamers rewards program a lot, i go maybe twice a year as i'm a casual gamer. But every time I go we get into this long process of them pushing and trying to convince me to sign up and me saying i'd spend more money and time trying to be a rewards member and not make use of it and it wouldn't benefit me. Then they'll continue to try convince me. No..no..and no. Not interested. I realize you have to ask, but ask once, maybe twice and leave it at that. Lost a star for that. This location is near WalMart super center, located in a mini strip area by Hu Hot. Check them out for awesome games and pretty good service.
