We went To Gmack Appliance after first going to Best Buy where we waited 20 minutes for someone to help us and then left when noone came. At Gmack Appliance we were immediately greeted by Jonathan when we waliked through the door and he was very helpful. We worked with him and Karina to purchase the washer and dryer and schedule the installation. We live in Door County and were very pleased that they were able to do the delivery and installation within 3 working days. Joel's previous career was as a used car salesman. We were referred by a friend and over time we bought 5 cars! When that business closed, we wondered who we'd buy our next car from. Imagine our surprise when we discovered Joel went into business for himself. We decided to check it out. We bought a great used dishwasher for a great price. I mentioned to Joel that our washer and dryer weren't in great shape either. He didn't have what I was looking for, but about 3 days later he called. You guessed it, he found exactly what we needed. We were thrilled to get a washer and dryer just days after buying the dishwasher. We will definitely visit the store again!
