New checkout situation with all checkouts on 1 side of the store is horrible and very slow and not efficient. Not convenient at all during holidays and busy times. Wait in lines to check out and returns. sometimes 30-40 people in line at a time. Often check out lines are al the way back to shoe dept. read more

The billing has come into question when they switched from Kohls card. Have not used since change and screwing up my credit.

They got rid of Amazon returns so this place is now just another waste of space useless over priced store.

we switched to paperless billing and we somehow missed it. it was 59 days late not even two months and my Lifelock alerted me there was an issue with a delinquent account. Absolutely no alerts or notice from Kohls. They sent nothing to our residence or anything. They took our credit score from 843 to 729 with no reason and with us writing them a letter of explanation. we have not spent a penny there since. sad a company that you have a little credit amount of $1500 can destroy your credit for the next few years. I would suggest to folks not to use Kohls credit card ever. read more

Its a shame Kohls makes me pick my store location because this location is 5 star! Kohls corporate is 0 stars! My Kohls card of years was transferred to Capitol One. No problem except when turned over they removed your total Kohls card history from the credit bureaus! So credit scores dropped once they removed great payment and length of credit history and NEW account added!! I am furious! read more

Kohl's was a mess...but then it was Christmas Eve! Clothes were on the floor, piles on selves were jumbled. Seemed like they must have given many employees off because then only ones we saw were at the checkouts. Wanted to check a price on something and their price check computer wasn't working - had to stand in line just to find out how much it was. The good thing was that the line did move quickly. read more

I received a $10.00 Kohls cash certificate, and decided to use it. I enjoy that Kohl's has such wonderful deals, and have done this before. I found a really beautiful pair of crystal earrings that were marked down from $75.00 to $25.00. Based on this alone, I would have given this store four stars. However, when I took my earrings to the jewelry counter to pay for them, this is where what happened next lowers my rating to three stars. The woman at the counter was chit chatting with a customer, not anything the customer was buying there or anything. I stood there several minutes, and she knew I was there. She finally came to the counter and I handed her the earrings to pay for them. I gave her my Kohl's cash certificate. She informed me that wouldn't work, that I had to spend at least $50.00. I had read the conditions on the certificate, and it didn't say that at all. I've used these before, and never had an issue. So she reluctantly took it, and it rang up fine, took another $10.00 off my purchase. She seemed amazed that worked. Then she got distracted by two different people at the counter. One lady got there after I did, and she started taking of her while I stood there waiting to pay for my earrings. Then some guy wanted to pay for a belt, and she started arguing with him about how he couldn't pay for the belt at the counter, had to up front. So it looked like the machine was ready to take my debit card. I went through the transaction and waited for her to get my receipt so I could get out of there. So then she informed me that I was supposed to wait for her okay before running my card through. So she rang up my purchase and added another few pairs of earrings I didn't' give her to ring up. Before I could say anything, she informed me the total with extra earrings. I informed her that wasn't correct, that I only wanted the one pair of earrings. She seemed totally confused at this point. Then she acknowledged she made a mistake. She was flitting all over the place, very annoying. So I told her I wanted her to void the entire transaction. She had to call a manager to do a manual override. Because I used a debit card, they wound up having to give me the cash back. Then I used the cash to buy the original pair of earrings. If you go to this Kohls, avoid paying for anything at the jewelry counter, and use cash or a credit card, not a debit card. In summary, they have terrific deals, and one rather inept jewelry counter person. It was rather aggravating, but worth it in the end. read more

Kohls is my favorite place to shop. I live in Oshkosh, WI. so I have a short drive to go to one of the Kohls stores, and I take my advantage of them. Everyone working there is very helpful, and pleasant. Thank you everyone. read more

I have shopped at Kohls for many years for my cloths. They have always carried quality cloths at affordable prices, but the last few times I was there I was very dissapointed. There clothing department was very crowded with rack after rack of cheep sale clothing. It was so bad that I did not even try to find anything. It would have been to much work trying to fight through all those racks. I hope they go back to the way it used to be, well organized. read more

I hate kohl's I only ever go to this one if I absolutely have to and they never have what I am looking for but the one across town usually does (I'll review that one later) the clothing is crap you wash it once and it's pretty much garbage the Junior clothing is all "distressed" and one pair of jeans I seen should have been thrown away cause the holes where so big you could probably see someone's vagina the cuts where that high. EVERYTHING is way over priced the only things I really go there for are shoes well the last time was for bras and again all craptacular!!! I bought 4 I was in a hurry so I didn't try them on....well the straps where not fully adjustable and fit super awkward and loose, so I went to return them yesterday and waited over an hour to do that. And I also had an amazon return and that was pretty quick so I have to wonder if amazon can have a super easy return process why can't they it's pretty ridiculous that you can't figure it out for your own store functions. read more
