Unfortunately the salesperson, who happened to be a woman, looked for reasons not to take the sale rather than the aforementioned. I have never had a salesperson talk me out as a sale before. Having said that, the other salesman was will to work with me, but she talked us both out of it. Needless to say, I probably won't be recommending anyone to purchase a suit from this location.

Assistant manager Stacy went above and beyond to help me with an issue. I had a tear in my brand new ecotherm parka(an accident by me). Being an expensive big purchase for me, I was pretty upset. I sat on the Eddie Bauer customer service line for literally hours, unable to reach anyone with the crazy holiday calls. I decided to try the store to see if they'd be able to help. Stacy was so helpful and immediately empathetic. She could tell I was upset and stressed, and threw out a few options that I had to remedy the situation. I wasn't expecting such a great outcome!!!! Obviously I wanted this jacket to last 10 years, and I was already amazed at how warm it was. I'm also a dog walker and outside a lot, and it has endured the coldest of the cold and soooo many dog nails from dogs jumping. Stacy restored my faith in outdoor retailers and I couldn't be happier. I came in with a brand‑new shirt with the receipt -- an unworn shirt with all tags and stickers -- and simply needed to exchange the XL for a Large, which they still had in the store at regular price. The associate stated that the return date was past 8/13/2026 and no returns or exchanges were allowed, nothing she could. I wasn't asking for money back, just a size swap or even exchange for same price. I asked for the manager. The manager appeared and stated that they made a recent change to their policy and the cash register tape still states the old return policy on it and there was nothing she could do regardless, the new policy trumps the print on my receipt even though that the item that was being exchanged was a current product. I showed her my receipt that said they can exchange with a receipt for the current selling price of the item being returned and she said see the front, the small font is the updated policy. Mind you, it was microscopic in size. She also stated see we have it on the wall behind the register wall on a sign too. I couldn't read it because it too was so small in font size. The manager had the tone "to bad so sad" and basically said so. My receipt in large letters that I had did indicate I had until 8/13/2026 to return and past that, with a receipt for exchange based on current selling price of the returned item. I couldn't even exchange for the same item that was in the store. What a joke, the sales associate I spoke to was pleasant. The manager however acted as if I was wasting her time. Basically, the company was too cheap to purchase receipt paper that supports the correct refund policy and shames the customers for the false information they provide on their receipts from their own store. I had two additional items in my hands that I planned to purchase, but after the rude attitude and refusal to help, I left them At the register and walked out. Keep up the false advertising H&M.

The girls though the store where very friendly. I do however wish the store was bigger because the layout is so small your pretty much on top of each other trying to get in to a dressing room or shopping.
