I successfully ordered and received rxvitamins alginate plus Dec 2025...from nhc...30jan 2026 I attempted to reorder..I received msg to try again..which I did..and received same msg..my latitude cr card, the same card I used Dec 2025 has 2 pending transactions..I wrote email to nhc nd reply was that order was not placed and reason was that my delivery address does not match.my address on my latitude card..which is incorrect as iv bn at this address for 35yrs and had this cr card same amt of time...6feb 2026 I attempted to order online again.nd same msg.and again order was not placed...so I called nhc and asked operator to place order for me..I gav my latitude cr card details which was rejected..we tried my visa credit card then.visa debit card..she said all.3are rejected..looking at my bank charges I now have these 3pending transactions plus the 2 from 30jan total 5 charges totalling usd 500 aud 791..3 diff cards all with the same current address...1minute before nhc attempted order on 30jan.i successfully order with the same latitude card from.iherb....I have emailed nhc screenshots of all 5transactipns on my cards plus my address details on those cards...I'm told the same : try a diff card..address differs...all of which is incorrect..I.have tried 3diff cards from.diff banks and address is the same on all 3 cards...multiple current emails remain unanswered...I called retail.store as cust service doesn't answer their calls...the operator told me she will pass this info onto.her mgr who will speak to service centre mgr and they will call me back...as I received no call I again called nhc ..I'm.told they can't help me..I'm so disappointed at this non.service of nhc...I have told them.a 9yr old child needs this supp.to detox heavy metals which is an.urgency...there are no compatible products..yet nhc is ignoring me..this is very unprofessional... read more

I asked the customer service to give advice on dosage of a mushroom extract I had ordered for my dog and they said they couldn't comment on it. In that case they should not be selling it. They are also aloof and do not adress you by name. There is no greeting. This has given me a bad feeling about this company and what they are selling. Be open, helpful and friendly. I love NHC so much that I'm willing to get over two pretty bad shortcomings: their really snotty and unprofessional call center in Tennesse (which looks like its responsible for a couple of these bad reviews!), and the remarks another reviewer made about their clunky website are also true. True, the website is annoying, slow and not as functional as I would like. It's clunky, for sure. But all the wonderfulness of this company makes up for those two shortcomings. The prices are good, the products are good, the shipping time is good, service has been good except for the snotty agents. I buy a lot of supplements and they are very important to my well-being. When I renew a regular supplement I compare prices at Amazon and Walmart and nhc.com, and almost always nhc's price is the same or lower. Sometimes it is higher, but when choosing where to buy my supplements I also consider nhc's rewards program, which I really like. I recently got $25 off an order with my rewards points! Plus, if its a regular supplement you want auto-shipped, you get even more points. And sometimes they have an additional promo code in the product listing. I feel I've saved a lot of money with nhc, plus I feel much better supporting a business that genuinely cares about it's customers (excluding the Tennessee call center agents). I say that because when I've been to the actual store in Appleton (I live in Wisconsin), it has been an amazing experience each time. Their staff is intelligent, well-versed in their product, experienced, very friendly and interested in the well-being of their customers. They're wonderful. Don't let the Tennessee snots change your opinion. I also love that this company carries doctor brands!! I can get brands here, like Thorne, that my doctors have prescribed in the past and you can't get in other places, and the prices are good. I have been able to buy everything my doctor prescribed here. You can't get those at most health food or supplement stores! I also love that this company only carries valid, quality brands. They won't even carrier bad brands so I don't have to worry about getting a bottle full of capsules containing asphalt dust from China, which I wonder about from popular online sites. NHC is a serious natural health company and I trust them when making decisions about new supplements. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this company to both experienced supplement users for their prices and reward points, and to new supplement users because of the price, and their brands and you can trust them. I live about 50 miles from the store and get my orders very quickly by mail, but I'm guessing if you live much farther that may be an issue for some users, I don't know. I love this company and have referred them to people I really care about. (NHC, I love you. Please don't ever change what you do, including the rewards program. Update your website and get a call center that reflects how wonderful you are! You're losing customers due to those two things.) I wish everyone who reads this happiness and good health. read more

There is no way to contact company regarding my order. Order site is a joke... seems like it is outdated, slow, cumbersome, confusing, and I have NOT been sent an order confirmation. I am not allowed to track my order because there is a cumbersome sign-in verification process which DOES NOT WORK and denies me access. I wish I could just cancel my order. Company is trashy, website is trashy. Also the rewards points are a joke, no explanation or plain criteria . I'm happy I discovered NHC. After an acupuncturist recommended I take reacted magnesium, and after discovering that I love reacted magnesium, I was on a hunt to find it at a lower price than my acupuncturist's office. I recently purchased their product, PetzLife Oral Care Spray. This product is advertised to remove the plaque from apets teeth while freshening the dogs breath. I used the product for 30 days as directed. I may as well have been spraying water in my dogs mouth for all the good it did. This product did absolutley nothing to improve my dogs teeth! Very disappointed in this company! I accidently ordered the Garden of Life Raw Enymes Women 50 or Wiser. I meant to order these vitamins but not in the 50 or wiser. When I called to ask to exchange the vitamins for the correct ones I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee of $5.95. Although $5.95 is not much, I feel that if I am exchanging the product for the same exact item I should not be charged anything. Maybe that is there policy but I have ordered from many other vitamin companies and have never run into this type of problem. I really thought I would be able to get a straight up even exchange. I recently discovered Natural Health Concepts by mistake when I got lost in Appleton! I am so glad I did.I had been looking for a store like this for a while, but couldn't seem to find one. I went there and asked if they had certain products and they did! I found manuka honey for my cat, which I had no idea was even beneficial, and it helped quite a bit. They have a wide variety of pet products, which is amazing. They have natural personal products, essential oils and blends and cleansing products. They have just about every brand I use already. I love the fact they have a rewards program too. I recently ordered a couple items online and they were shipped super fast and went towards my rewards. They have just about anything you would need and also told me that if they didn't have it on the floor, they may have it in the warehouse or can ship it to me from their online store. Very helpful and knowledgable employees and a huge selection of everything, with various prices so it really does help living naturally be a little more affordable. I was on vacation and running low on prenatal vitamins, decided to place an order online with Natural Healthy Concepts , never heard of them before but gave it a try because of the great reviews. couple days later after the order I receive a strange email from that company saying : "... Please provide us with a statement of your choice - complete with telephone number for validation; such as: utility bill, Cell phone, Cable/Satellite Bill, rental agreement or any other type of mail you have that connects the cardholders name and address together with the statement you are providing...." WHAT?????????????? They already got my 2 addresses with all my information , charged my card for over $200.00 never shipped out the products and want more information??? So I called customer service and the agent told me that they never send this kind of emails to the customers, asking me to forward that email back to him for fraud purpose, then reviewed the email put me on hold and told me that :"YES THE EMAIL IS LEGIT. THEY WANT MORE INFORMATION FROM ME TO COMPLETE THE ORDER!" Excuse me, because my shipping address is different from billing address you will not ship my purchased items?????? I never heard of such a thing before, never did I ever had any problems purchasing products online. What a waste of time! I canceled that order immediately same day. I've been ordering from NHC for about 10 years, and have ALWAYS been more than happy with their products and service. Things arrive quickly and in good shape, with, usually, a handwritten "thank you". A few weeks ago, for the FIRST time, I got a bottle of Omega 3 with D that was horribly rancid and fishy smelling (and tasting), so I called NHC to tell them about it and give them the lot number of the bottle, so they could advise the manufacturer. The nice woman to whom I spoke asked appropriate questions, ordered me a new bottle (from a different lot #!) and then I got a refund for the previous bottle!!!
