I came on my lunch break thinking I would be in and out really quick and ended up spending about 35 minutes in the store looking at all their products. They have a huge selection of heath foods and specialty foods for different kinds of diets. They have lots of gluten free products. Lots of products for those following a Paleo diet. They have some products that are Keto but it doesn't look like they carry any strictly marketed Keto products but lots of the sweetener replacements that are allowed on keto they have. They have lots of fresh fruits and grass fed meats. Lots of non meat and non dairy products if you are vegan. A wide variety of supplements and homeopathic medicines if that's something you are into. Besides everything being laid out beautifully in the store, the staff is some of the best staff I have ever come across. I was one of two customers in the store. There were 3-5 staff that I saw and every one of them I interacted with made sure to greet me and made sure that I was finding everything OK and to let them know if I needed anything.
