Before ordering, I checked Yelp and noticed mostly 5 star reviews.  I am glad to report that my experience was 5 star also! Here's what I liked: *10% off my first order after I signing up for emails *Free shipping *Phone number at the bottom of web pages encouraging customers to call with concerns.  I noticed this most when placing my order and it was very helpful!  *Pleasant and professional customer service rep, Lisa, assisted me when I called with questions  *Product was delivered in good condition in reasonable amount of time Natural Healthy Concepts carries some interesting, professional health care lines that you can't find at other health stores like Standard Process and Thorne Research. They refused to refund, saying it's still good warm for two weeks. First of all, where's your proof - second, if it's so good, why won't you take it back? Had to deal with an AI chatbot before needing to call customer support anyway. Additionally - they shipped two subscription items I previously tried to cancel, then made me pay for shipping to return the product. I'll never shop with them again.

It is their free choice just as it was/is the free choice of the individuals of this business. It's irresponsible to review a place based on your beliefs on masking rather than reviewing them based of the goods and services they offer. This place is all about actual healthcare not politically fueled "healthcare".

I learned quickly that its not really a thing up here after visiting all the local grocery stores so I started doing my research and calling butchers to see if they could get me a brisket. The guy who answered the phone at Beck's told me they had some in the freezer and generally do as they are not a hot item. I decided to keep this in mind for the future when I needed one. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago, I decided that I was going to make a brisket for Thanksgiving instead of turkey. I decided to stop by and pick up a frozen brisket to start thawing so it would be ready to prepare for Thanksgiving. I stopped by and they were out of the frozen. I asked about how to get a fresh one and they said they did them by order and it would be a few days to process the meat but they could have it for me the day before Thanksgiving which would be perfect as thats when I needed to start the rub and getting it ready to roast in the oven early the next morning. The brisket was absolutely beautiful. Honestly one of the best briskets I have ever seen. It was my first time doing an oven roasted one but with the way Becks trimmed and prepared it. Everything went smoothly and I came out with a perfect brisket that was a big hit. I know cooking it is all on me but Beck's was there to help out with an amazing cut of meat. I will use them for all my meat needs from now on.
