Before ordering, I checked Yelp and noticed mostly 5 star reviews.  I am glad to report that my experience was 5 star also! Here's what I liked: *10% off my first order after I signing up for emails *Free shipping *Phone number at the bottom of web pages encouraging customers to call with concerns.  I noticed this most when placing my order and it was very helpful!  *Pleasant and professional customer service rep, Lisa, assisted me when I called with questions  *Product was delivered in good condition in reasonable amount of time Natural Healthy Concepts carries some interesting, professional health care lines that you can't find at other health stores like Standard Process and Thorne Research. They also carry more readily accessible brands like Boiron, Dr. Christopher's and Source Naturals - - to name a few.  I was pretty impressed with my online NHC shopping experience and I am glad to share it!

Now I have to order somewhere else & wait even longer for my grandma's medicine. Customer service reps didn't even care they wasted my time & they couldn't explain why it was cancelled or why they didn't notify me.
