Two of our guests would speak Spanish to them so it helped, but not for the rest of us. When we asked for waters, we didn't all get waters. When we asked for (& paid for) the additional tortilla chips, they were brought after we got our meals. We had a table of 12 & for how much the tip would be expected, you'd expect to see the waitress more than 1x outside of taking our drinks then dropping them off/getting order, dropping off food, & dropping off the bill. I contacted Michael through the website and he coordinated including a special note with our order. He went the extra mile and included a birthday card with the note written inside!
