Let me preface this by saying I've never had a bad burger at any of the Culver's I've eaten at over the years until now. Last night my husband picked up dinner through the drive thru and my burger was so dry and overcooked. Thankfully the delicious fries and chocolate malt somewhat compensated for my disappointment. Such a bummer as I haven't had a Culver's burger in a long time. I'm hoping it was a one off . read more

Culver's is without a doubt one of the best if not the best fast food chains, and I have been ordering from Culver's for as long as I can remember. I've been to so many different locations across the state, and I have to say this location in Neenah is the worst by far. I recently moved to the area so I have been going somewhat frequently to see if the quality of food and service improves, it has not. I have had to wait for my food for over 30 minutes almost every time I have gone here, I have done dine in, drive through, and mobile order, no matter how I order it takes incredibly long for the food to come out. I order custard pretty much every time I go, and it comes out halfway or fully melted each time. The staff can be really hit or miss, I've talked with some that are really nice and willing to fix orders, but I've also talked with others that simply appear to not care. My most recent order I ordered on the app for my wife and I, and when the worker brought out the food (25 minutes after I parked) he forgot the drinks, I told him I ordered two sweet teas, and he said he would go get them. He did not. It wasn't until a different employee came out to my car 10 minutes later and asked what I was still waiting on. When I told her she said, "Oh, we ran out of that, but I'll make more for you." I do appreciate that of her, but it did take an additional 10 minutes for the teas to come out. Once I finally got home the rest of the food was cold and the custard was pretty much fully melted. I think I am done giving this location a chance. There seems to be no improvement over the past few months I've been going here, and looking at other reviews it's been going on even longer than that. It will honestly be faster for me to drive to one of the Oshkosh locations and come back home, and both of those are better than this one anyways. read more

Short on service, short on ingredients. Go through the drive through and they put a sticker on my car? Really? I don't want that sticky on my paint. Just not good. read more

Culver's, in general, is fantastic. However, the location in Neenah is absolutely horrible. I've lived here for 16 years and I can't tell you how many times something has been wrong with our order. Whether it's them forgetting to throw something in, subpar quality of food, or simply them forgetting to throw a key ingredient into an item, we've had at least a hundred terrible experiences with them. Just today I ordered the flavor of the day (which typically barely has any toppings because they suck in Neenah) and they told me they were out of brownies, which is literally in the name of the flavor. Then, when I asked for a substitution, they charged me for it! Later, when I went to eat it, the Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie didn't have the fudge. Do we see where I'm going here? If I wanted chocolate custard with peanut butter, I could've ordered it any other day. Take the 20 minute drive, go to Oshkosh or Appleton. I promise it's worth it. read more

This location does NOT live up to the standard Culver's usually sets. If you want ice cream, go to the Dairy Queen on Gay Drive - we've never been let down there. We've had issues with this location before but we were excited about the FOD (caramel fudge cookie dough) so we were willing to give it another chance. The dishes came out with almost no toppings, and when I went back in to have them remade with a reasonable amount they remade them exactly the same. Previous visits have yielded melted ice cream, cold food, slow service, missing items, and sometimes all of the above. I have NEVER left this location with complete satisfaction. Go somewhere else. read more

Literally have had so many orders missing things in the drive-through they always said they would send us a coupon and never have we decided to come inside so we could make sure everything was all right the teenagers were screaming having so many different conversations the man at the counter was super rude they basically Nordhouse food is OK but it's definitely gone downhill I would definitely say go to a different Culvers this is a one time thing it's been like this for a year now read more

The food was delicious and the person who brought the order to the car was very pleasant and courteous.

Terrible. Every single time I come here I wait 20 minutes or more. The food is good but the service is absolutely atrocious. I've ordered ahead, ordered at the window, gone inside, it doesn't matter. You will wait longer than going to a sit down restaurant where the chef goes to the farmers market and then comes back, thinks about what they want to make, preps it, messes up, makes it again, and finally brings it to your table. At least it taste good but figure out how to make a fast food experience work. read more

I seldom write negative reviews, and usually chalk up bad service to someone having an "off" day. However, I went into the Neenah Culvers on Sunday and was shocked by the way that I was treated. The girl at the register and I had a miscommunication in what I wanted, no big deal, these things happen. My mother and I sat down and my mom needed to use the restroom. My mom is 87 so I followed her up to the front of the store and waited outside the bathroom. While waiting, I overheard the girl telling her co worker about this "old Lady" who yelled at her (never happened) and started imitating me in this horrible voice. Of course her version of what happened was completely skewed, and when I came around the corner in front of her she still had her face screwed up imitating me. There were multiple people standing right there waiting for their food and watching her. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and she proceeded to tell the young man how I yelled and screamed at her. (He had actually been standing at the bin when I ordered, and clearly had not seen or heard anything.) He listened but did absolutely nothing but shake his head. No refund, coupons or apology. Neenah has a nice selection of restaurants that offer good food and service, unfortunately this isn't one of them. read more

Lately this location has been off their game. Sure they are fast but they are constantly making mistakes. Last week, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a not-spicy sandwich. Didn't realize it until I got home. Today, I order a double butter burger, and the second patty was nearly raw! I took one bite and had to throw out the patty! Disgusting! I will be taking my business to another Culver's worth driving to. I've been coming here nearly weekly for years and this is the worst it's been. I live near grand chute/fox crossing and it's not worth it for me to drive all the way back for them to fix their mistakes. read more

The second you walk in you a strong smell of what seems to be p**p, it's very off putting and made me want to turn around, also there is anywhere from 10-15 employees standing around at the front counter or in the back and the place is filthy, it was honestly cleaner outside then in the store, the ground is littered with crumbs and the seats are filthy, the soda station has spilt soda and empty wrappers on the counter. read more

Best ice cream ever! Food was fresh and hot! They greeted you at the window by first name as if they'd known you forever. First time customer wishing I could bring my semi and trailer through the drive thru because I'd definitely be a repeat customer read more

This place smells like shit, customer service was nonexistent, they screwed up our order, and the trans kid who brought us our order made me and my son uncomfortable. Would not recommend, and would not come here again. read more

Still sitting here waiting for my food...17 minutes after I ordered. Slow service. Really...really slow service.

This is a great Culver's. The drive through has two lanes which makes it faster than most drive through restaurants.

NEVER have waited so long for a milkshake...been waiting over 30 minutes don't, recommend short staffed worse customers service, little kids that don't know how to work read more

The customer service at Culver's is always great, but the Neenah location is the best. They go above and beyond to make sure any mistakes are quickly rectified and they perform their jobs with enthusiasm. read more

Always screw up the order at the drive through then they tell you to fill out a form then nothing ever happens after that. #fail

After waiting 45 minutes to get our meal while watching 20 + cars going thru the drive thru an d people who came in after us I went to the counter and was told they are workin on our order. No apology and I will not be going back. The food was just ok. read more

My family and I go to this Culver's frequently. The service is always quick and friendly. This location was recently remodeled. It's modern with a flat-screen TV. They've also been very helpful with my kids' food allergies. Culvers is known for their Butterburgers. You are able to order the burgers with multiple toppings - cheese, mushrooms, onions, etc. In addition, their burgers are available on various breads. In addition, Culvers serves chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, dinners, and fish options. You are able to order these items as a value basket. The combo comes standard with fries, mashed potatoes, side salad, or green beans and a soda. You can upgrade your combo to include soup, cheese curds, onion rings, or a shake/malt. The kids' menu includes a butter burger, butter burger with cheese, grilled cheese, corn dog, or chicken tenders. These items include fries or applesauce and various drinks. The kids meal also includes a scoop of Culvers custard with a topping. There is also another token on the kids meal bag. Save 10 of these for a free kids' meal. read more

The food was good only complaint was i had a couple peanut chunks in my ice cream. The people who took our orders were not friendly at all and one guy basically threw the number at us. They were also very short with us. Did not like this culvers as much as others it needs some updating. read more

Back to back days waiting 30 minutes in the drive through for my order. Back to back days they lost my order and I had to go in and ask someone to find my order and get it going. Horrible highschool staff at this location. read more

Culver's is a good moderately priced burger chain with quality being above what you'd find at a traditional fast food restaurant. The burgers and cheese curds are the star of the show here but I also enjoy the Reuben and Vanilla shake. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I love Culvers and worked for one for 4 years and I know that the job is really not very hard. They're all about hospitality, this store is an exception. Every person that I interacted with at this location gave me a nasty stare and was down right unfriendly. No one asked me how I was or seemed to have any customer service skills at all. We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, both with mayo added and one with bacon as well. We were with friends who ordered after us. Our friends got their food within 5 minutes of sitting down while we waited for 15 minutes after that until we went up to the counter and a manager finally, promptly grabbed our food that was sitting out and threw it on a tray and brought it out with a "sorry bout that". Then we very quickly realized that my food was made wrong and when I went up to request a refund for my order, I was told that it wasn't possible by the "2nd assistant manager". She didn't ask which of our items needed to be remade and actually remade the wrong one. Overall, very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. It was sad because we don't have culvers in california and we were going to buy more food for the road and decided not to. Incompetent and rude workers who probably terrorize their team members. read more

I went through the drive through tonight and when i got to the little order area it was complete silence for a few minutes so I said Hello? A girl responded saying they are closing at 7 tonight so I looked down and it was 7 on the dot. What frustrates me is that I was there before 7 however the girl operating the drive through purposely didn't take my order or ask what I wanted because I came closer to 7. There was a car in front of me and they got to order. When I pulled through I also saw workers with their mask down or not completely covering their face. It's probably a good thing I wasn't able to order because they were not following CDC guidelines on how to wear a face mask/covering read more

took 2 hours to get my food wasnt even worth the wait buns were soggy

you people suck , at least when I could walk in and place my order I can check it , and get it fixed right away . You always forget my fries . after a 12 hour day , my wife and daughter wanted Culvers , I did not , but came in anyway , I was number 33 tonight . The young man that brought out my order read it off correctly , so I thought might be a chance to be right . {NOT} I am not asking for any comp that you have sent me in the past when I complained , not that I used them . { I JUST WANT MY ORDER CORRECT } . Again you people suck . I do not care if my family wants Culvers again , they can go , I will go to A & W they have not screwed my order up yet . made me pick a star before post review . {they don't have a negative 5} read more

Another food joint that claim they fry their food separately from shrimp, but they drain and filter all the grease together. What's the point of frying separate if you are cross contaminating the grease.? Where on this freaking planet can I get a decent meal without having to worry about ending up in the hospital? Come on people. ..you cater to gluten free, how about shrimp/crab free grease? Very disappointed here. read more

If you want only custard, go through the drive-thru. I once waited almost ten minutes for my Turtles while three employees stood together having a conversation.
