When an EF-3 tornado devastated Menasha this July 2026, Mihm's was one of the first establishments to offer food to the tornado victims and volunteers. It may be a small eatery, but it has a lot of heart. Deserving more than 5 stars. Ambiance has no frills but welcoming. Service was consistent, asking about your food or drink. BTW, I had a mushroom Swiss burger which was juicy and very much tasted off the grill.

They do have several tables throughout the restaurant/bar as well but they were all packed while we were in there. The bathrooms were clean. Service: Really nice bartender/waitress. She was quick to make recommendations and served up a WICKEDLY good bloody mary. It took us about 40 minutes to get our food after ordering so this is not somewhere to go if you are on a time crunch. Food: Yum yum yum! I had the reuben sandwich and minus the bread getting soggy on one side it was delicious. I also tried their potato salad and their reuben chowder. Everything was a homerun and I was in a food coma for the rest of the day and decided to skip dinner. I can't wait to come back here. I wish it was closer to home so I could kick back a couple of beers and just hang out and enjoy the vibes, but it'll be worth the drive when we do go just because of the food and staff.

I've been to so many different locations across the state, and I have to say this location in Neenah is the worst by far. I recently moved to the area so I have been going somewhat frequently to see if the quality of food and service improves, it has not. I have had to wait for my food for over 30 minutes almost every time I have gone here, I have done dine in, drive through, and mobile order, no matter how I order it takes incredibly long for the food to come out. I order custard pretty much every time I go, and it comes out halfway or fully melted each time. The staff can be really hit or miss, I've talked with some that are really nice and willing to fix orders, but I've also talked with others that simply appear to not care. My most recent order I ordered on the app for my wife and I, and when the worker brought out the food (25 minutes after I parked) he forgot the drinks, I told him I ordered two sweet teas, and he said he would go get them. He did not. It wasn't until a different employee came out to my car 10 minutes later and asked what I was still waiting on. When I told her she said, "Oh, we ran out of that, but I'll make more for you." I do appreciate that of her, but it did take an additional 10 minutes for the teas to come out. Once I finally got home the rest of the food was cold and the custard was pretty much fully melted. I think I am done giving this location a chance. There seems to be no improvement over the past few months I've been going here, and looking at other reviews it's been going on even longer than that. It will honestly be faster for me to drive to one of the Oshkosh locations and come back home, and both of those are better than this one anyways.
