I use it, instead of the generic balsamic vinegar you buy in the store, which is very runny. The vintage balsamic they sell is extremely thick and delicious . There is no comparison! It's awesome on a lot of Fall and Spring cooked vegetables or salads. The staff in the store are always extremely happy and inviting, and albeit a small store, it is nicely decorated. You can also order online if you don't want to travel. I highly recommend them for the vintage aged balsamic vinegar, their variety olive oils, and anything else they stock in their store.

The risotto does have onions which I missed and didn't care for but they took care and offered me a separate bed which I thought was incredibly nice. For dessert I had the chocolate cake which was delicious. Coffee/espresso hints and perfect texture of cake to filling. I will be back for sure!
