The coffee is so good - it's Ruby coffee which has a robust and smooth taste. The cafe has beautiful decor and theme. Fresh flowers on the tables. Proper silverware, plates, mugs and glasses are so appreciated and hard to find these days. Makes a nice touch. The shop has lots of lovely things in it. Organic produce, cute clothing, even clean perfume (we bought both a men's and women's perfume sampler to try as these can be hard to come by in stores so we were really impressed that they had some here). This is a lovely spot for a date with friends, family or loved ones. Highly recommend. Take note that the kitchen isn't open every day (not on a Monday!).

My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.

From the moment we sat down for appetizers, she brought such a fun, welcoming energy to the evening. Sara, a Louisiana native, has that natural Southern charm -- engaging and full of personality. Her smile is contagious, and she didn't just serve drinks -- she genuinely interacted with us, joked along with our group, and made us feel like we were the only people at the bar. She was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations (the drink she recommended was so good). She clearly loves what she does. You can tell when a bartender is just doing a job versus creating an experience -- Sara absolutely creates the experience. She helped set the tone for our whole night, and honestly, she was one of the highlights of our double date. I asked the cashiers if they had ever had them and they both said yes and described the berries as the texture of a grape mixed with the flavor of a kiwi and a strawberry. I was impressed with not only their product knowledge but also their enthusiasm- one of the cashiers was so excited to tell me about this strange and unique fruit that he encouraged me to wash the berries in the sink they have near the front door so he could see my face after trying it. So I did and he was right!! It tasted just like strawberries kiwis and grapes- so refreshing to go into a grocery store where people are passionate about what they do, kind, and helpful! Also their curry chicken salad in the deli is amazing, they offer lots of local products, and they have a great selection of supplements that are natural so you don't have to worry about weird fillers that conventional grocery stores often have on their shelves. It is so nice to go to one store instead of going to 3 -4 different places. From the healing clay mask I use on my face and hair, to the raw dairy I need for my kids, delicious local sourdough bread, raw local honey, natural supplements and to top it all off the best produce I've found in Oshkosh. I was so grateful that I could buy organic berries that were almost half the price of Festival and looked and tasted amazing. I've been there 3 times in 4 days and I'll be a regular from now on. Great job to the team over there!
