Pho was good, a little salty but overall good. Pad Thai was very good, I'm picky with Pad Thai and I considered it tasty and not dry! :)

First want to start with how kind the staff are!! They are very helpful and attentive. We decided to eat in and this place is fairly small but still welcoming. It was mid day on a Tuesday so not too busy but they did have several to go orders and other tables full inside. They're extremely fast getting food out however! We got the Thai iced tea, one chicken egg roll, one pork roll, two stuffed chicken wings (one for each of us), a pork pad Thai that ended up coming out with chicken instead (happy accident), and the chicken Thai pad see ew. I have had far too many egg rolls to admit to a number but the egg rolls here are TRULY THE BEST EGGROLLS IVE EVER HAD. The pork was my favorite of the two we tried but the chicken was just as good. They're perfectly proportional of filling to crispy and flaky exterior. They also come with sweet & sour sauce or spicy and they are AMAZING to mix together. I wish I had a photo to show but we devoured these. The stuffed chicken was DELICIOUS as well. Really not sure how they do these but clearly they are known for these and they are truly the bomb! The pad Thai was accidentally made with chicken but it was still delicious! The plate is much bigger than we thought so my partner only got through maybe half of this before getting a take away box. It was tangier than we expected with no spice but after adding the spicy sauce from the eggrolls it was perfect for his taste. Finally the Thai pad see ew was a welcome dish. The noodles were thicker than I'm used to but again no harm there. It also was a huge dish so maybe half way through got a box. This place is so good. I absolutely recommend stopping for some delicious eats. We saw some pho bowls and they are huge but look amazing. I can't imagine not finding something to like about this place.

I've been going here for years and am shocked to have never written a review on this fantastic little family restaurant. While it doesn't look like much on the outside and doesn't have great parking, it makes up for it with excellent food. When you enter there is a great menu board. There are photos of each item. For those who are leery because of not being familiar with the names, the visual really helps. You order, pay and then wait for your food. If you are in a hurry, you might be disappointed; they can get super busy and sometimes you need to wait. The wait is worth it. They are known for their stuffed chicken wings. They are exceptional and I've never seen them anywhere else. They also offer spring rolls (my favorite) and three different flavors of egg rolls to get your meal started. I love their Pho Combo but I've had almost everything on their menu at one time or another. I've never been disappointed. If you like your food a bit spicier, ask and they will prepare it to your liking. I prefer to eat at the restaurant; however, I've also ordered food for take out many times. The food has been really good either way. If you are looking for a really good Asian meal, start here. I'd be surprised if you went away disappointed.

I adore these stuffed chicken wings & egg rolls. This is a shining jewel and toe dip into the water that is Hmong cuisine. I hope they expand to other delicious entrees & appetizers they think could equally be as popular. Appleton needs the diversity and variety on the overall palette. I think with just a few adventurous cuisine explorers more people would be raving to eat and try Hmong food.

To the left of the front entrance is the dining area that has about 15 tables. There was a person cleaning the tables when we walked in and was being very thorough. Each table has about 10 condiments on it (fish sauce, soy sauce, chili crisp, etc.) We opted for take out and it took about 15 minutes for our order. Service: Friendly and explained the menu and ordering process well. Food: Holy crap. I am so mad I didn't come here sooner. The food is phenomenal. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items. We ordered the pork egg rolls (super crispy outside, not greasy, and the filling was really flavorful and well balanced), crab rangoons (super crispy wonton, filling was packed with flavor), and the fresh spring rolls, hands down these have to be my favorite spring rolls around, the only thing I'd change is putting crushed peanuts in the dipping sauce for them. They do such a great job balancing the ingredients on their dishes. I'm so excited to come back and try more items off the menu!

At kbbq???) So glad we did because we found this place instead. We were able to get a customized option for dining that worked for us and our little picky eater. Loved the variety and the meats were flavorful, out quickly, and fresh. Their thai coconut (can't remember name) broth was so good even my son enjoyed it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall though the service is what sold us. We eat a lot of kbbq and the service is usually good but our waiter was exceptional. He was attentive, patient and kind. Everything turned out well enough to warrant a future return. There is ample parking for the business. The dining area is nicely configured and many tables were filled when I arrived. The staff greeted me and asked if I would like a seat. Upon saying I'd like take out, I was able to immediately place my order. The restaurant has a large number of Thai offerings. I went with Eggrolls, Chicken Pad Thai and Pork Laab. I waited about 10 minutes for my order. It was nicely packaged for easy carry out. All of the food was good and even as take out, it was hot when we dug in. My dining partner and I both agreed that our dishes could have been spicier. I will remember to ask for more spice on return trips. The eggrolls were flavorful but reminded us of taquitos. There were 3 in the order, which seemed a bit skimpy for the price. In some cases, even without the benefit of half stars, I'll grade up. I didn't in this case. I was told what I owed upon ordering. I paid with bills requiring change to be made. Instead of making change, I was asked "do you want change?" The answer is yes. I understand it is the idea of them keeping it as a tip. I suggest giving me my change and letting me make the tipping decision. That said, I'll go back in the future.

The interior is classy and adorable!…read more Despite the restaurant being only half full, we were informed it would be a forty to sixty minute wait for our food. It seemed as if they were making each dish one at a time and without much prep. Perhaps they have gotten more efficient as they figure things out with their new business. Menu is VERY pork forward, which is fine, but vegetarians should know that their entree selections will be extremely limited. Their salad choices seem promising, however. The eggrolls have a very good flavor and the plum dipping sauce is delicious. However, the eggrolls are so tightly packed with pork that the textural experience is somewhat akin to eating a deep-fried hotdog. My Pa Kra Pao was flavorful and juicy. However, it seemed like something that I could have made at home. My date enjoyed her sausage as well, but noted that she largely paid $14 for a single sausage, with the large majority of the dish consisting of plain rice and a fried egg. Not a bad experience overall, but I don't think we feel the need to return soon.
