Not going to lie I am super picky about my spring rolls. Atmosphere: Tiny little place with maybe 6 tables located in a strip mall. It had cultural decor it was pretty clean. Service: Fast and friendly. From the time I called and drove there my order was ready and correct. Food: Yummmmmmmmmy! Great taste, super fresh, good value, and my craving was satisfied. I like the ratio of ingredients in these rolls and the sauce was well balanced however, I wish they added a few more crushed peanuts to their dipping sauce but I easily remedied that once I got home. Glad to know this is only a 20 min round trip drive from my house. I'll be back to meet my spring roll cravings that happen twice a month.

It serves as my primary recommendation when craving Hmong cuisine. The stuffed chicken wings are exceptional, featuring a well proportioned filling with a light amount of cabbage and carrots alongside a generous serving of noodles. Portions are remarkably substantial, as a single wing accompanied by rice easily makes for a complete meal. The Pad Thai is equally impressive, built on a classic tamarind base that produces a vibrant tangy and sweet flavor profile topped with plenty of peanuts. The Pad Kra Pao is okay. It features a significant level of heat that may prove challenging for diners sensitive to high spice levels. Would not get it again.

Will have to figure it out next time because we will be back. There is a deli style counter you walk up to place your order, then find a seat and they bring it to your table. We started with the spring rolls with two sauces, peanut and sweet. They were delicious. We also each had a stuffed chicken wink because they looked so good and wanted to try something not usually on a menu. Not sure how they stuffed them but they were delicious. I had an excellent pho. I am gluten intolerant and probably should not of had the chicken wing but it just had about a 1% gluten in I was told. The gentleman who took our order and brought us our food was knowledgeable and attentive. When I ordered my Thai tea I asked it to be put in a to go cup. Because with our apps I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. As it was I needed two to go containers for my Pho and really enjoyed it for dinner. My combination Pho had lovey perfectly cooked shrimp and sliced beef that had to have been roasted and sliced in-house. At least it tasted like it. I also had several meatball halves too. I would go back for this Pho over and over again. My husband had a curry and he said it was also a 4 star. We try Asian restaurants, mostly Thai, whenever we travel and I hope to be able to come back here when in the area.

Could accommodate larger groups of tables pushed together. There is a bar. Our service was subpar. Seemed like he hated his job or maybe just monotone. Either way, he fumbled around getting our order and then seemed to struggle to keep up with his tables. Unfortunately, likely not coming back since there are other options in the area. Happy eating!
