Right off the bat I noticed the food was served from a buffet table. But I loved the variety and it tasted yummy. I got the combo and it was quite filling for me. The only part of the meal I didn't enjoy was that the rice wasn't fresh. I got the kimchi beef and the Caribbean shrimp eggrolls with the chicken rice. The sauces were pretty good as well. Came with some rice as well. Definitely unique and something I had never seen before. Closer to a burrito than your traditional egg roll. I'm open-minded, this was fine for me. Sauce selection was variety-galore. I ended up with something close to sweet and sour. The food was mediocre at best. Selection was limited to what they had already made, but good mix of convenience and selection. The sauce choice were crazy good, the level 15 will give you a great kick and works well to mix it with the other sauce choices. They ruined this place for me. They put up a bunch of signs with complete BS about how HIPPA laws say you can't ask people about wearing masks (incorrect), so nobody should ever ask employees or customers why they aren't wearing a mask. Got 3 pork and 3 chicken egg rolls to-go. They were so soggy you couldn't even pick them up to eat them. I had to wait to get home so I could use silverware. They were hot and fresh, but still not cooked enough. The pork was still raw on the inside, so they were not safe to eat. It was mostly noodle on the inside with very few veggies or meat. I'm usually a proponent of unhealthy versions of foods... but Eggrolls' healthy version of eggrolls is pretty darn good! They are not cheap but they are big so two of them will definitely fill you up. They are $3.49 each for all except for the veggie ones at $2.95. They also offer pho ($1.95) and cabbage rolls (not sure). They do offer combos: two with a drink for $6.95 or you can get the larger combos for more. I placed my order and received it quickly... chatted with the owner a little bit while checking out. He was enthusiastic and lively - you can definitely feel the passion behind the food. Today, I ordered the spicy pork eggroll and a pho roll (only available with chicken). I got the Romeo and Juliet sauce to go with it. The spicy pork eggroll was just okay. The eggroll wrapper was crispy which was great but the filling for me was not as good as it is from My Lee's. But... the pho roll.... man, I really enjoyed that. The filling is minced chicken and herbs.... imagine vietnamese banh uot but with a thicker wrapper. I prefer the thinner, more traditional wrapper but this was really tasty. I know it wasn't me being a pig bc I wasn't hungry since I had just scarved down the spicy pork eggroll. I wish I had just ordered the two pho rolls... so good. Atmosphere: Clean place. Lots of ample parking since it is in a strip mall. By the garbage area there was something splattered all of the wall which was a bit off putting. I wish they would have a bench by the front door for patrons who are carrrying out their orders. I don't care for their sauce bottles being on the checkout counter by the register, anyone can grab them or touch them which seems like it would be a health concern.... Service: You order like you would in a cafeteria line, or a mall, where you place an order, go through the line and they pile your food on your tray and pay at the end of the line. You throw out your items on your tray once you are done and leave. Food: Very fresh, a bit pricey, but the quantity is fair. The spring rolls weren't exactly traditional, but they were made to order. We had the veggie, chicken, spicy chicken, and the chorizo. My favorite was the chicken and chorizo. The chorizo was the perfect fusion of Asian and Mexican flavors. I have found my new favorite Eggrolls place! Hands down the best eggrolls I think you will find in this area. They are fantastic! I've been getting my eggrolls from the same place for years because when it comes to deep fried eggrolls, I thought they were the best. While I still love eggrolls from the other place, these are just so much better! Living up to their business slogan "Home of the H'MONGOUS backed eggroll", these puppy's are packed full of fresh vegetables, spices and meat! Gone are the days of ordering chicken and pork, and then spending the entire time trying to figure out which is which! My favorite thing about these eggrolls, aside from how incredibly tasty they are, are that they are baked instead of fried. I don't feel like I'm going to gain twenty pounds if I eat two or three of these, and I get to enjoy the wonderful flavors without a mouthful of grease. Winner, winner!! I have tried all of their selections, and they are all great, but my favorite are the Ginger and the Beef! The egg rolls are packed and stuffed big which must make the prices higher than your average egg roll. I was not adventurous and just tried the regular rolls I'm used to although they had quite a variety there. I should've bought more of the pho rolls. Definitely not used to the wraps being dry as I'm used to the Hmong steam rolls called fauv kawm (fah kow) which are similar but smaller and "wet." But they were pretty tasty. Also tried the cabbage rolls and those were good too. Not too spicy. Didn't care for the regular egg rolls so much but maybe because I came in right before close and they were dried out sitting under a hot lamp all day. I'll try it again if I'm in the area. read more

They are usually full of little meat and stuffed with tons of bean thread noodles and/or veggies then seasoned with salt and pepper. We did that: he choose pork and chicken while I opted for pork and a pho roll; the skin is a soft, steamed rice crepe. They also have cabbage rolls too. There were several sauces to choose from as well. The Romeo and Juliet was their most popular, so says the guy behind the counter. I stick with sweet and sour. The first bite and I was surprised at how much flavor (and meat!) it had. Though the egg roll was quite large, I finished it in a few swift bites. The pho roll was good but I didn't care much for it as the crepe was too thick and sticky for my taste. The ginger rice was ok. I'd honestly prefer just regular jasmine rice. The owner came over and chats with us too. The establishment is part of a strip mall so there's tons of parking. It's clean! The ambience is hip with warm colors and minimal decor. I just don't think I love baked egg rolls, but also as an adult who doesn't love veggies, because these egg rolls are so large, they are packed with veggies. So for me, it was great.
