I think the marketing may be a little off on Eggrolls... This place sells huge Hmong burritos! They are baked, not fried, and DELICIOUS. The cashier gave great descriptions of each type. I ordered the veggie and cabbage with pork. I was stuffed for hours! The medium hot sauce was described as a 8/10 on the hot scale by the cashier. Boy, was she right! Spiiiicccy. With the combo deal, you could add a fantastic coconut beverage for a few cents more. This made the meal even awesomer. I was skeptical about "baked" egg rolls, but these monster egg rolls were absolutely delicious and I didnt miss them being fried at all. Between my wife and I we tried 4 different egg rolls and all were extremely tasty although I will warn you, the Spicy Pork packs quite a kick! My only complaint is that it was the end of the night and the rice we were serve, although tasty, was both mushy and crunchy. Overall, a really good meal and we will be back again. read more

Everything was well seasoned and I really enjoyed the sweet chili sauce. My husband liked the sweet chili with love sauce and the tears of joy sauce. I started with the "Cabbage roll" with pork, and it is excellent. Packed full of flavor. Tender rice vermicelli and pork and vegetables combine to make a delightful bite. The #2 dipping sauce adds just the right amount of salty and sweet. Definitely recommend this roll. Tried the "regular" beef eggroll next. Great textures and flavor. The manager recommended that I paired this with the #5 "Jesse" sauce. The sauce appears to be peanut based and brings just a medium bit of warmth and great flavor. Overall, great place. Had my first egg rolls from this place today! DELICIOUS and HUGE! I love egg rolls and had to stop in and see if they were any good especially when the window said baked not fried. I've never had a baked egg roll. There were so many choices, but I ended up having the ginger pork and veggie cabbage roll. Both were awesome next time I want to try different dipping sauces. I ended up getting the combo: any two egg rolls, ginger rice, and a drink. It's a lot for $8, you could definitely split that with two people as a mid shopping day snack. I got the beef egg roll and the spicy pork, with the Romeo and Juliet and Sweet Chili sauces. The R&J is legitimately spicy, which I love since most places really play it safe when they call something hot. My only tiny complaint is that while I'm sure my cardiac health appreciated their Baked Never Fried commitment, my tastebuds kind of missed the fried experience of other egg rolls. You walk in and see a selection of about six BIG egg rolls under heat lamps begging to be eaten. It's really easy and fast to figure out what you want. There are other items on their menu, but my eyes were too distracted from the egg rolls. Do look around as there were a couple of different specials. I got two egg rolls with ginger rice and a drink for around $8. Pretty good deal, especially for how fast it is. You also get to choose one sauce for each roll. I got a sweet and sour and a sweet chili sauce...both were very good, but I could of used more of the sweet chili sauce. I'm going to be going here more often, especially when I'm on a time crunch and want something else besides fast food or a sub sandwich. read more

What the differences here are: baked instead fried eggrolls, diffrent kinds of eggrolls and not just filling types, and several kinds of sauces vs the usual 2 seen at other restuarants of this type. I had the Pho roll and a spring roll this visit. The Pho was unusual but delicious. It doesnt have Pho in it like the name implies as it would be messy burn you silly but i like where it was going and I definately want more. The spring roll wasnt as good as the other offerings i tried thus far. It tastes like a veggie spring roll with shrimp added. Not like the ones i get all over town. Still good but not blown away. The decor is vibrant and inviting, staff is very helpful and eager to please. My husband and I ordered Pho rolls because we had never tried them before. Although the aroma was pleasing - chicken, cilantro and ginger or garlic, I couldn't get passed the texture of the wrap. I should have made a different selection. I would return here and try a spring roll, or cabbage roll. The other patrons seemed to enjoy their meals and they do a good take-out business. I did return and upped my review to five stars. We tried the pork, spicy pork, chicken spicy chicken, and beef rolls. We could only eat one apiece as they were so filling. We were given a to-go box that had instructions for re-heating the roll from the frige and freezer. Since they are baked, not fried, they retain their composure.
