I will remember to ask for more spice on return trips. The eggrolls were flavorful but reminded us of taquitos. There were 3 in the order, which seemed a bit skimpy for the price. It seemed as if they were making each dish one at a time and without much prep. Perhaps they have gotten more efficient as they figure things out with their new business. However, the eggrolls are so tightly packed with pork that the textural experience is somewhat akin to eating a deep-fried hotdog. My Pa Kra Pao was flavorful and juicy. However, it seemed like something that I could have made at home. My date enjoyed her sausage as well, but noted that she largely paid $14 for a single sausage, with the large majority of the dish consisting of plain rice and a fried egg.
