Since I was back in the area for few days, I decided to go back to SAP as it's one of the few…read moreplaces in town that is farm to table. My experience this time around was a little bit more of a let down hence why I had to take one star off. When I went few months ago, I had burnt coffee which I chalked it up as a one time error. But it happened again with this visit, so that told me they don't really pay much attention to their coffee yet they have a whole menu dedicated to coffee. I also made a reservation on a Sunday knowing it fills up quick and that it might be hard to get a table, however, it was an hour and half before they close which means they tend to slow down around that time. Also, when making a reservation, it'll ask you if you want bar, dining area or patio. I chose dining area. Yet they called me an half hour before to see if I wanted to sit at the bar, which I told them twice in person I do not want to, and as a result the hostess gave me the annoyed/judgmental look down when I wasn't looking. As someone who has owned a family restaurant business for 30 years, that's a big no-no in terms of customer service. It's just rude and unnecessary. Also, they kind of really try to get customers out by 2, which is when they close. By standard at most restaurants, they need an extra hour after closing for customers to take their time with their meals rather than rushing through it, especially if you will sit them 20 minutes before closing time. I felt rushed, and I don't like that feeling at a place I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Would I come back here? Absolutely yes because their food is really the best for brunch in the area and it's cleaner. It just shouldn't be an excuse with certain things like what I mentioned above. P.S. if chicken and waffles happens to be one of the specials, get it. It's by far the best dish I've ever tried there and also my top 3 chicken & waffles that I've tried anywhere. SO GOOD!

I came here for the kringle and was not disappointed. They have several flavors out to sample, but…read morenot all flavors. I ended up getting the Caramel Pecan Kringle and it was delicious. It was even better warmed up a little bit. I wish they had single pieces for sale because I would have loved to get multiple flavors. The half Kringle is already a pretty big size to commit to, so I couldn't get more than one.

I've been here several times for 'to go' orders, but hadn't yet been in the restaurant itself. I've…read morenow been twice, and it's great! The first thing to know is that servings are ginormous, so order accordingly! I ordered the breakfast sandwich (just a croissant with some ham and cheese) and it took up the whole plate, no lie! It was also delicious, the cheese was cheesy (and messy, which was a plus and a minus), and the croissant was light and fluffy. I also had one of their flavored lattes, and it was delicious as well. I know they use homemade syrups and it shows. Pro tip though-the lattes fill you up (not so great when they also give you huge portions of food). The staff is friendly, and service is pretty good. On our second visit we did wait quite a while for our food-it was busy, but not packed, so that felt a little off. But otherwise service has been great. They do have an outdoor seating area-we unfortunately haven't been able to try it yet, but I would like to as it looks great!

The last two times I just couldn't wait any longer and had to walk up to ask for boxes and my bill. It is a family diner owned and operated and I love that there is a diner like this but I hate that this is overpriced for simple food and has awful service. I will keep periodically trying hoping they improve but will on a go forward basis just reluctantly drive further to the other better and cheaper diners

Be careful which type of bread you order, based on the bread type you select for your sandwich determines your sandwich size.
