Tried to call several times, the phone never rang and hung up on me, so decided to drive there and order. I ordered the following: - Pepper Salt Shrimp - Szechuan Crispy Spicy Chicken - Hot and Sour soup Paid and was told it'd be 30 minutes. I left and came back 35 minutes later and food was not ready. In fact It was not even made. I had to wait another 20 minutes while they made the food. When they tell you, "we are making your food now", that's not a good sign. - Hot and Sour Soup - this is first Chinese restaurant that only offers one size (large) and first place that uses chicken instead of pork. As for taste, it was ok. -Pepper Salt Shrimp- should be Szechuan Shrimp. This dish does not resemble the "pepper salt shrimp" that I was expecting, disappointed. - Szechuan Crispy Spicy Chicken - be careful, some of the chicken bits had bones on them, took me by surprise. Also make sure to ask for utensils and napkins, it won't be in the bag. My beef with Chef Chan - time management! When you say the food will be ready in 30 minutes, then promise should be kept. Customers shouldn't have to wait another 25-30 minutes for the food to be made. I wasn't the only one waiting, in the parking lot, there were 5 cars waiting and few waiting inside for their food. While their food was decent, based upon having to wait almost an hour for my food, not sure if I'll make a return visit. If by chance I do, I hope by that time, things will have changed.

Being new to the Door County area from Seattle, WA, we checked out a new Chinese restaurant in Green Bay today. We ordered Mongolian Chicken and Szechuan Crispy Spicy Chicken, with a side bowl of Hot & Sour Soup. Food was excellent, service was quick and pleasant, and the food to our desired/requested spiciness level. They nailed it, we will be back!

I have been looking for good Chinese in Green Bay for months! And Chef Cher's has it! Wait times are a little bit on the longer side but it is well worth it! Every dish was excellent. This is my new go-to spot!

Came here for my daughters bday she researched the reviews and they were all good. We came for the lunch special and there was nothing special about the atmosphere but holy-cow the food was AMAZING!! Prices were great and the portions were HUGE! The pic I posted is from a half eaten lunch special. I cannot wait to come back!!! Best Chinese I have had in GB area- sooo satisfied!

We won't be going back. My son, his wife, and I went there for a Mother's Day dinner. The website…read morelooked good, the menu prices reasonable, the reviews very good. We had decided ahead of time what to order. While there are tables, they are bare -- no condiments, no napkin dispenser, no hot sauce, nothing. There is also no water service -- you have to buy bottled water or soda, which we declined to do. I was ordering Mu Shi Pork as an appetizer to be shared, when I was informed that the restaurant didn't make pancakes! They just put the food on a plate with rice. Pretty hard to slather on hoisin sauce and eat it with our fingers. The lady ordered 3 egg rolls instead. When the food came, the egg rolls were the size of my thumb -- 2 bites -- for $1.49 each. Very little taste. I ordered Szechuan Beef, $10.99, according to the website menu. It looked and tasted good, but had very little hot in it. The portion was small compared to every other Chinese restaurant outside Green Bay that I've been in. The fried rice came in a bowl the size of a coffee cup. My son ordered Szechuan Chicken, $9.99. He said the chicken was rubbery with not much flavor, and a similar portion size. His wife ordered Lo Mein and ate it all. $8.99 We weren't given an itemized receipt, just a total of $49.17, with a $1 "convenience fee" for using a credit card. Something doesn't add up, as $4.50 + $11 + 10 + $9 = $34.50. Apparently, the online menu prices are no longer valid, so don't believe them and expect to get an inexpensive meal. We spent $60 with tax and tip, and all left a little hungry. Hardly anything went right for an eat-in dinner, hence 2 stars. Would have been one star, but the food tasted OK.
