If youre wondering, I got shrimp lomein, triple delight, kung bo three delight, and an order of very big rangoons. A huge pint container of sweet/sour sauce came with. Just, really happy. The place is in a tiny strip mall. I used the onstar navigator to get me there. It's next to a nail salon and a vape shop, so there are things to do for the short 10 minute wait for the food. A quick little take out snack for the BF and I, as we are going down memory lane and checking out restaurants that he used to go to when he was living in Green Bay. Surprisingly he said, the restaurant still looks exactly the same as he remembered when he used to work next door and would come to grab a quick bite. We ordered Cream Cheese Rangoon's and Chow Mein. The Rangoon's were big and filled with yummy, gooey ooey melted cream cheese. Dip that right into their red, pineapple soaked sweet n sour sauce. Ab-solutely delicious! I Love how they weren't stingy with the sauce bc I am such a condiment, sauce dipping kinda girl. Chow Mein was a little different than what I'm used to seeing. And when I mean different, I mean the color of the dish was more on the red side. Nothing wrong with it, just never seen it red? But who cares, what matters in the end, is how it taste, right? Another thing that was a little different was that it was more on the saucer side, again, I ain't mad at. Overall, I thought it was pretty good for an Asian restaurant here in this little town. Just a tad bit more seasoning and perfection! Definitely going to give it another try next time we're here. We placed an order among co-workers. Food was very late and cold. My order was completely the wrong thing and disgusting. The rice was visibly dry and tasteless. Ragoons had an odd aftertaste to them. Woman who took order was openly sarcastic when I called to ask for a refund on the 'worst takeout of my life'. She had no apologies for me and if I wanted a refund I would have to return the food in person saying, "Have you ever heard of GPS?" Please be aware of this horrible place and go else where. Businesses in general who practice sarcasm and don't care concerning the quality of the food they serve usually go out of business with poor reputations following them. I stopped here on my way home from an event in Green Bay. It was fine. The kung pao chicken was good, if a little heavy on the sauce. A dining experience to me is so much more than just the food. The interior was clean and lightly decorated, but you ordered and paid at a counter and came up to get your food served on styrofoam containers. This is fine if it is what you're expecting - I prefer to sit at a table and eat off of China plates (pardon the ironic expression). I would not go out of my way to find this place again, but if you live locally and want some fast Chinese food this is a serviceable place. read more

China Kitchen is without a doubt the best Chinese food in Green Bay. My family has been ordering from there for 10+ years now, and have never had a bad order. We consistently order the Crab Rangoons, the General Tso's Chicken, Beef w/broccoli and the Shrimp lo mien. All 3 dishes are made fresh and are not oily or greasy like most other places. The General Tso's is crispy, yet tender inside and beef w/broccoli has tender meat with and crispy vegetables, not all soggy and gross. And last, the shrimp always taste fresh which is very easy to distinguish with seafood. I'm not quite sure what happened with the other folks that gave poor reviews, off days, never happened to us. I thought even despite the reviews that this place might be ok.. But no.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 0 stars!!!!! My boyfriend and I ordered a large order of orange chicken and large order of noodles. And some crab rangoons.. The chicken was old and chewy.. The dish that was supposed to be noodles was vegetables..the white rice was crunchy..the crab rangoons were cold.. So I called them and told them all of what was wrong with the order and that we were very disappointed. The man on the phone said you can bring it back and we will remake it. I brought it back and at that point we decided we just wanted our money back. They refused to give us our money back AND refused to remake it. I am appalled by the lack of respect. This has been my husbands favorite place for gerneral tso chicken. I do like it, however, if you order any other stir fry they all taste the same...like the use the same sauce but just used slightly differntly. To me that sauce doesn't really have a nice flavor. So while we will continue to get the general tso chicken I won't continue to get anything else from there. read more

I hadn't been here in a long time (5+ years) so I decided to try it out in my quest for find edible Chinese food in Green Bay. I did not succeed. I ordered the Gen Tso's lunch special. The chicken was very tough and tasted burned. It had a very unusual texture for chicken. My best guess is that it was made a day or two before, and they re-fried it to warm it up. Although the food was ready very quick, the quality of the food wasn't the best. Ordered the General Tso's Chicken, and it was not like any other Tso's I have ever had. It lacked sauce and it tasted more like barbecue chicken. Also ordered the crab rangoon and they reminded me of what the "crab rangoon guy" cart sold us in college -- (only good when you have been drinking all night). I will not be going back to this restaurant again. One more note, they claim to be low price and more food for the money, but I can name at least three other GB Chinese restaurants that are less expensive AND taste better. read more

I have been ordering Sesame Chicken, Pork Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon from this restaurant for 12 years and have not ever had a bad meal! Those are my favorite dishes and they are the best at them by far not only for Green Bay but in all the cities I have lived. I can not understand why people are ordering other dishes from this place when the ones they are so well known for are so good. Okay, so a few of us decided to order China Kitchen for work. This was my first time trying the food here. And tbh, I really don't know why I keep trying the Chinese food in Green Bay. It's mostly been super disappointing. I got the chicken lo mein lunch special. It came with pork fried rice. I will give them this: the food arrived very fast and it was still piping hot when we got it. That is why this is 2/5 and not 1/5. Also, the pork fried rice was much more fresh than Mayflower's... so that was a pleasant surprise. But my lo mein... why was it pink?! My lo mein consisted of pink, slippery spaghetti noodles and pink bits of chewy, old chicken. Nothing else. I literally counted, there were only 2 pieces of veggies in there. Where are the veggies?! No wonder it's so cheap, they can't even stick a dang carrot in there?? Please do me a favor and stop calling this lo mein. And get this, the taste was average, it actually has more flavor than most sauces other Asian food places use in the area (my standards since moving here have plummeted LOL) but seriously what on earth? Just strange... I snuck a bite of the cream cheese wontons and they were surprisingly pretty decent. But I can see why everyone else including me had an issue with the entrees. I'm new to the area, so I'm in search of a new Chinese restaurant to regular that's close to where I live. While this place was close, and relatively inexpensive, the food was... Kind of hit or miss. I ordered hot & sour soup, crab ragoons, and the sweet & sour chicken lunch. I didn't like the soup much. It's not the worst hot & sour soup I've ever had, but definitely left something to be desired. The sweet & sour chicken was ok but the portion was kinda small. The container had way more rice than chicken. The rice was pretty good though, just wish I could've had more chicken. The crab ragoons were the only thing I really enjoyed out of my whole meal -- a lot of Chinese places don't even put crab in their ragoons, or if they do its a small amount you can barely taste it's there. Not the case here! They were warm and tasty. Overall, a decent place to order Chinese. I've *definitely* had worse. I will probably try this place again, but I think my search for my regular Chinese joint continues. read more

I googled top ten Chinese restaurants and at the top of the list was China Kitchen. I wasn't impressed by the name but decided to try it. The storefront was like any typical take out Chinese place so I went in with trepidation. I ordered the Tofu with vegetables and asked for some to not be added and substitute others. They complied readily. I also ordered spring rolls. My husband got the Shrimp Chow Mien. We were both pleased with our meals for taste and generous helpings, especially the shrimp. Terrible! We ordered take out....tofu was like rubber and my daughter said, it was gritty. I thought she was being picky so I tried it and indeed...dirt was present...unwashed veggies? My appetizer of boneless spare ribs had long black hair wrapped around two pieces...It was nasty,nasty I lost my appetite. We were just visiting Green Bay and we're staying in a hotel. We wanted to be able to get some Chinese take out and this was the only place who would deliver to our hotel. I was hesitant due to the other reviews, but I was hoping they had just ordered something that I wouldn't order and our dishes would be different. We ordered beef lo mein, general Tso's chicken, crab Rangoon, vegetable egg rolls and combination fried rice. Our food was edible, but overall, not good. The beef lo mein was orange in color. The general Tao's Chicken was not spicy at all, and the sauce was so thick and overpowering, it was hard to tell there was even chicken in there. The crab Rangoon were sweet and "fishy" tasting, the egg rolls were over cooked. And the fried rice was probably the best thing and it was tasteless. I wish I could say better things, but I hope that the people that own this restaurant can look at this and maybe tweek their recipes. Thank you. read more

I told her I would call back with the order but when called back they wouldn't deliver to us.We are located 1.8 miles away the lady on the phone proceeded to say we were 10 miles away.
