first thing was the attitude from the female worker , my friend misunderstood that the you pick 2 doesn't come with a whole sandwich and was rude when asked about it. My friend then ordered an extra grilled cheese seperately and clicked "extra" for the cheese . They proceeded to serve her a grilled cheese with what looked like a whole block of cheese , she brought the sandwich back up and said "this is way to much cheese can this be remade" and they said "you ordered extra which is double which would be 16 slices of cheese" that is INSANE . When somebody orders extra they do not mean DOUBLE and there was no way to specify , not to mention the guy was laughing when he put it on the counter as if they did it on purpose. However i was impressed that they remade it after that but the cheese was not even fully melted. the service was just not good at all. *photos of grilled cheese -- one half being after we scraped a whole bowls worth of cheese off*

    The pencil

This morning I ordered a sandwich at Panera. I opened the wrapping of my sandwich and began to eat as I was on the go. Low and behold, I quickly found that there was a used eye liner pencil wrapped along with my sandwich. See picture below....Disgusting...

    Salad

Deserves 0 stars not only is the food insanely expensive but the employee that I came into counter with working in the drive through was HORRIBLE. She had a overall horrible facial expression the whole time. As you can see I stated no croutons on my salad but it clearly did not matter. Hence the fact that if a person says to not put something in there food there is clearly a reason whether they simply don't like it, are allergic, etc. I called to speak about my experience the person on the phone was not much help just said sorry about your experience. A coupon or something would be the least they could do! They are not allowed to mix the dressing into salads anymore apparently as well! what happened to customer satisfaction? Will never be wasting my time of day dealing with this kind of service!!! Do not go here if you are hoping to be satisfied!!!!!!!!! Additionally they no longer ask which sides you'd prefer instead they choose for you!

Great location for letting us work with some breakfast & mochas to beat the nasty "wintery mix" traffic. We are fans of PNRA for breakfast (little personal quiches), lunch (pick 2 soup & salad or 1/2 sandwich) & even for dinner (pick 2 again!). Very nice staff, efficient. Plenty of parking when we were there, but we were there pretty much when it opened & left before rush hour. Great location!

Excellent food and customer service. This location is always busy. Their selection is always fresh and made-to-order. You can place your order online to have ready when you arrive or they also have tablets in the store to avoid the line. These ordering systems also allow you to personalize each item as well as save your favorites. You are able to add a bakery item to any meal for $0.99. Excellent bagels and cookies. Kids menu is also available with customizable sides. Location has a drive-thru. Depending on the time of day, the wait varies. Lunch time is very busy.

Nice Place to be ! Best breakfast in town !

Okay so they forgot literally half the order, and the portions were way smaller than other panera's. Never coming here again, waste of $20.

Crispy with big chunks of bacon and bleu cheese. Also had their house made sausage Tuesday special. Very yummy with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes right in the middle. If you need GF options they have em. Didn't have room for dessert but the selections sounded divine. Was a very comfy cozy atmosphere. Not loud and obnoxious where you can't hear your table mates. Seemed like the parking lot was fuller than the crowd let on but found out many folks were attending a show at the PAC so probably walked from there. I will take every future opportunity to go back to this place. Mwah!

One of our party forgot his ID and although everyone, including the waiter, agreed he was clearly of age, it's a house rule apparently that ID must be present. No big deal. Rest of our drinks arrive and we let him have a sip to try because the cocktails were decent. The waiter saw and screamed at him before waddling away to tattle on us to the manager. The other staff stared in horror but also in a way that said this wasn't the first time this guy lost it. Even the manager looked so embarrassed he had to deal with it. Manager started to say he would let us stay when the waiter screamed no and yanked our card from us. It was so pathetic watching a grown man in his 40s throw a huge tantrum. Manager intervened by taking the card away from the waiter and comped everything we had ordered while the waiter was pouting and sulking next to him. We suspect the waiter was homophobic because the reaction was so absurd and unnecessary that it has to be either homophobia and/or a mental health problem. Our friends swear their city is lovely but also acknowledge what happened could have been hate-motivated and they're sad that this just reinforced what many people think about small town Wisconsin. We went to a nearby establishment where we were treated like humans (and they served us clearly upper 30s men without having to check our IDs). On the plus side, we tip very well and are glad this waiter is not going home with an extra $100. Hopefully this restaurant knows what they need to do with this unstable staff member for the safety and comfort of their diners and other staff.

I opted not to top with syrup and I am glad I did as it would have been too sweet. I will add the pancakes tasted like plain pancakes and were topped with the lemon ricotta sauce. My experience this time around was a little bit more of a let down hence why I had to take one star off. When I went few months ago, I had burnt coffee which I chalked it up as a one time error. But it happened again with this visit, so that told me they don't really pay much attention to their coffee yet they have a whole menu dedicated to coffee. I also made a reservation on a Sunday knowing it fills up quick and that it might be hard to get a table, however, it was an hour and half before they close which means they tend to slow down around that time. Also, when making a reservation, it'll ask you if you want bar, dining area or patio. I chose dining area. Yet they called me an half hour before to see if I wanted to sit at the bar, which I told them twice in person I do not want to, and as a result the hostess gave me the annoyed/judgmental look down when I wasn't looking. As someone who has owned a family restaurant business for 30 years, that's a big no-no in terms of customer service. It's just rude and unnecessary. Also, they kind of really try to get customers out by 2, which is when they close. By standard at most restaurants, they need an extra hour after closing for customers to take their time with their meals rather than rushing through it, especially if you will sit them 20 minutes before closing time. I felt rushed, and I don't like that feeling at a place I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Would I come back here? Absolutely yes because their food is really the best for brunch in the area and it's cleaner. It just shouldn't be an excuse with certain things like what I mentioned above. P.S. if chicken and waffles happens to be one of the specials, get it. It's by far the best dish I've ever tried there and also my top 3 chicken & waffles that I've tried anywhere. SO GOOD!

Even more cool is they try to source ingredients locally when they can so it's helping our community. Very excited to have found this place and will be back for more! We did try some of their specialty drinks and will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu whenever we get the chance. The employees were warm, friendly, and professional, and they seemed to know exactly how often to check in without interrupting our meal. We had a soda flight of their craft sodas for a super super reasonable price, and every single soda was spectacular. We're spoiled in the craft soda department by virtue of living in Wisconsin (Sprecher, Potosi, etc), but this was definitely the best craft soda we've had. Even the wacky flavors like blue raspberry were rich and flavorful--they didn't taste overwhelmingly artificial. I cannot recommend their soda enough, although I imagine their craft beer is pretty good too! We also had a delicious mocktail, which always goes a long ways in impressing us. All of our food was reasonably priced and so, so, fresh and delicious. The Bavarian pretzel with the beer cheese was heavenly!! We loved our entrees as well. Even something simple like the fries were perfectly done--fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Everything we had their was top notch, and despite the number of things we ordered, our bill was not very high at all (about $50 for a mocktail, a craft soda flight and a soda pint, an appetizer and two entrees.
