There are so many flavors to choose from and ways to use the oils & vinegars so it's great having these experts in the store. My main purpose for stopping in was the bar soap as I was gifted it from my bestie and needed more. Well, this trip to Olivia Di Vita turned into us getting lost in here. Let me tell you I never thought I'd lose track of time in an olive shop... was I ever wrong. First, we were the only ones in here and wow, that was so nice. We took advantage of it and tried as many olive oils as we could stomach which was a ton. What really caught my interest and taste buds was the honey ginger balsamic water. I first looked at this like what am I about to taste? Well, a whole new world! I've been missing out my entire life and I'm officially hooked. The second snack I tried was popcorn with butter olive oil... WOW, talk about tasty and finger licking good. I had to talk some sense into myself and only leave with a small olive oil and the bar soap (remember, the entire reason I walked into this store). Mary Ida was so helpful and friendly. Yes, I'll definitely be back. Sign up for the rewards program and allow yourself time in here to browse, and have fun!
