Let me tell you I never thought I'd lose track of time in an olive shop... was I ever wrong. First, we were the only ones in here and wow, that was so nice. We took advantage of it and tried as many olive oils as we could stomach which was a ton. What really caught my interest and taste buds was the honey ginger balsamic water. I first looked at this like what am I about to taste? Well, a whole new world! I've been missing out my entire life and I'm officially hooked. The second snack I tried was popcorn with butter olive oil... WOW, talk about tasty and finger licking good. I use it, instead of the generic balsamic vinegar you buy in the store, which is very runny. The vintage balsamic they sell is extremely thick and delicious . There is no comparison! It's awesome on a lot of Fall and Spring cooked vegetables or salads. The staff in the store are always extremely happy and inviting, and albeit a small store, it is nicely decorated. You can also order online if you don't want to travel. I highly recommend them for the vintage aged balsamic vinegar, their variety olive oils, and anything else they stock in their store.

We showed up at our venue and there was a little mix up. They had another event set up in the area we were supposed to have. They were working on getting stuff from the other event moved out for us, and she jumped right in and started helping. Overall our experience with her was fantastic and we will definitely be using Frannie's again for future events!
